The communication was excellent! The place was conveniently located and relatively close to everything. The private parking in the back was very nice. The place was clean and had everything we needed.
Inside of house was great! Very accommodating for our group of 7. The only thing i would suggest is cleaning up around the outside of the house. Weeds overgrown around the front porch and sides of the house, did not give it good curb appeal.
Very clean and quaint. All bedrooms and baths on one level so we were able to be together but not too close. The location was great as it was not super close to Broadway and the chaos, but close enough that the Uber rides were inexpensive and quick. There were 8 of us ranging late 30's to early 50's and we would definitely stay there again.
We had a great stay in Nashville. The hosts house and pictures where spot on. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would stay again next time in Nashville.
It was everything as advertised. Hosts were easy to communicate with, and the neighborhood was friendly. Would definately stay here again, as it is close to Broadway. Thank you hosts!
We all really enjoyed our stay in Nashville. The house description was accurate and the location was a short Uber ride to Broadway. One suggestion is to add a few more coffee cups.

The place was nice, but the pictures listed are very outdated. Also I reached out about the property having an ant issue and no one reached out. We ended up buying raid and ant traps to take care of the problem! Not what you want to be doing on vacation.
There were 6 of us! House was very good for us. Very clean and well maintained. Within walking distance to some stores and restaurants. We had a great time.
We were there to sleep. Beds were comfy. Our group of 7 were comfortable. A bit of walk to Broadway but we did it every day and then caught an uber home so as not to walk in the dark. Thanks for having us Nashville!!
Very clean. And everything that we may have needed was available to us. Loved seeing the people at the park next to the house out there with their doggies. And the next door neighbors are all very quiet but were friendly and said good morning back to us. I would definitely stay here if in Nashville again.

Disappointed for 1st and last Vrbo stay
Run down and not clean, entry was hard due lock issues, fire alarms kept going off. Property looks much nicer online.
Could use a good cleaning, but a great place to stay for a group of 6 to 8 people. $10 to $15 Uber to Broadway. neighborhood was quiet and we did feel safe.
Owner should include more information upon arrival, like location of grocery store, restaurant's in the area and wifi password
Nice property, the deck wasn't quite as nice as the picture. Very clean and a lot of space. The only problem was the tv remotes not working. Even the tech said they weren't working right, but at least got us something to watch.
The property was clean and well located. The beds were comfortable and HVAC maintained a comfortable temperature. However, there were a few issues that were problematic. The parking is in the back of the house, but the only entry is through the front door which was quite inconvenient, especially with a family. Also the back door locks automatically when departing In 5 seconds, yet you cannot enter from that door. The back screen door opener is broken with sharp edges on it. Had to be careful not to get cut by this. The main TV in the family room is not a smart TV.There were not even the most basic kitchen supplies such as salt and pepper or vegetable oil.

The driveway is located behind the house, you gain access from and alley way. You cannot unlock the door in the rear of the home. You also cannot get to the front of the home as the gates are locked, you have to go out to the street and walk around. The driveway had some sort of wood attached to the concrete at some point, it was removed but the rusty screws were left behind. I drove over them have no idea that the were there. The house was fairly clean but it’s deff in need of maintenance. First of the back door was falling off the hinges. Almost every outlet in the place was either loose (things won’t stay plugged in) or falling out or into the wall. The yard/outside area leaves a lot to be desired. The pictures are a bit deceptive in that regard. That all being said, the beds were comfortable. The place was fairly clean and the air conditioning worked. Would I stay here again? Most likely.

Served it's purpose
Neighborhood is in transition but home was comfortable enough. Furnishings are inexpensive and the Master Bed broke when sat on day 1. Was promptly fixed day 2.
Never attempted to watch TV as there were 6 remotes laying our and nobody had the energy to try to figure out which one(s) worked the TV and how.
Exterior a bit tired and in need of paint and fencing has vertical elements falling off. In short...it worked for what we needed it for.
