It can accommodate up to 6 people.

- A fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, washing machine...)

- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 140x200 (2 people)
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 140x200 (2 people)
- One bathroom (shower, sink, toilet)

Also included at no extra charge:
- 1 secure parking space in the basement of the neighbouring residence, with direct access via lift (Note: maximum height 1.95 m)
- Free Wi-Fi in the apartment
- Sheets and towels included for 6 people
- Available on-site for babies: travel cot and high chair

Located in the Serris City Hall area, in a quiet setting yet close to amenities (enjoy the delicious croissants at the “l’Atelier” bakery and the dishes at the “l’Interprète” restaurant...).

You’ll appreciate its ideal location just 50 metres from one of the largest shopping centers in Seine-et-Marne, “Val d’Europe,” with its many stores, the SeaLife Aquarium, and the Auchan supermarket.

Check-in: Keys can be picked up at our office between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Outside these hours, as well as on Sundays and holidays, keys can be picked up from a safe at our office.
