Très bel appartement, bien positionné, bien agencé, bien décoré. Il y faisait malgré tout très chaud pendant la canicule, comme pour beaucoup d’appartement sans climatisation. La nuit, la fraîcheur pouvait entrer par les nombreuses ouvertures. Appart à recommander. Il était doté de 3 tours de ventilation.
