We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Calvi, this charming air-conditioned apartment with sight sea, at 50 meters from the sea and at 350 meters from the port, of a surface of 70 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom as well as two balconies, one with sea view and one with mountain view. Wifi (optical fiber), we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV and sofa bed (double, new).
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Tassimo coffee machine... and a dining area.
- Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140×190) and connected TV.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and connected TV.
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- Two balconies with furniture, one facing North with a view on the mountains and the second facing South with a sea view to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Calvi, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
The beauty island is full of natural and cultural activities, during your stay in Lumio you will have the opportunity to take advantage of the sunshine of the city to go to its various beaches to enjoy a quiet time or try your hand at the many water activities: paddle, jetski, boat ride... If you are eager to discover the area, travel around to discover its wonders; ruins of Occi or the Agriates Desert are available to you! For the more adventurous, quad biking, 4x4 rides and hikes will seduce you.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the garage or in the private parking of the apartment.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Calvi train station located at about 9 minutes on foot.
- Nearest airport: Calvi airport located about 9 minutes away by car.

Other remarks :
- Sheets and towels are extra and must be paid for with the service provider on site.
- Free Wifi available (fiber optic).
- One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the appliances after use.
