Ideal for visiting Calvi and Balagne, a magnificent region very famous with its Corsican villages, its sandy beaches, its turquoise water. When Calvi is agitated, it is good to be calm in a very comfortable apartment with the possibility of leaving your car without any problem. Air conditioned with all modern comforts, very well located with all shops nearby, 200 m from the beach and the port. Large comfortable living room with large picture window equipped with electric shutters for comfort. Nice covered terrace to take all the meals where you can just enjoy. Calm. Apartment was very clean and compact. Location was great for beach and town - Calvi is lovely.

Overall a good apartment although we felt that a week with 2 teenage boys sleeping on a small sofa bed in living area was not ideal for us.

Perfect flat

It took us only an hour and a half to drive from Bastia airport to this apartment block. The flat is spacious, fully-equipped and well finished. It has a strong air-conditioner and tiled floors which make it pleasantly cool in summer. The balcony faces a residential car park and has a drying rack on it which is handy for drying your towels and swimsuits. The area and the apartment block are very quiet. A large supermarket Super U is located just behind the house on your way to the beach which is in 5-10 minutes walk. There is a very good boulangerie just up the hill. The town centre with its artisanal shops and restaurants is in 5-10 minutes walk too. The owner and the housekeeper are very nice and friendly people. We would definitely come back.

Tout était parfait, accueil à l'arrivée, Corinne est charmante, disponible et à l'écoute. Logement propre et près de tout, au pied du Supermarché et de la plage. Parking privé très appréciable. Nous y retournerons.

Appartement conforme à la description, très bien situé, proche de la plage, du centre-ville et du Super U.Tout peut se faire à pied !Appartement calme et très bien pour 2 personnes.Notre séjour d'une semaine s'est très bien passé. De la réservation à la personne qui nous a donné les clés, tout a été fluide.Je recommande ce logement !

Die Wohnung liegt ideal, so dass es nur wenige Meter zum Strand und wenige Meter zu der Altstadt und Zitadelle sind. Dies ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Parkplatz oder über eine Garage, was sehr von Vorteil ist, da es wenige Parkplätze in Calvi gibt. Allerdings stand in der deutschen Beschreibung, dass es zwei Schlafzimmer geben würde. Dies ist nicht der Fall. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer und das zweite Bett ist eine ausziehbare Couch im Küchen- und Wohnbereich. Die Beschreibung war für uns irreführend und wir hätten unter diesen Bedingungen nicht gebucht. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer war schon sehr durch gelegen. Leider standen nur so wenige Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung, die Anziehsachen unterzubringen. Im Kleiderschrank gab es eine Stange mit Bügeln, jedoch nur sehr wenige Fächer. Für die dritte Person, die auf dem Sofa schlafen muss, stehen überhaupt keine Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Positiv war der Kontakt zur Vermieterin, die immer sehr schnell geantwortet hat. Ebenfalls positiv war die Ausstattung der Küche, hier hat nichts gefehlt.

L’appartement est pourtant bien confortable, dommage que vous ayez trouvé l’appartement trop petit pour vous. Les photos montrent bien la chambre et il est bien expliqué que la troisième personne dort dans le salon. Dans le descriptif il est noté un grand lit dans la chambre et un canapé lit dans le salon. Nous louons presque toujours pour 2 personnes et pour la troisième personne effectivement c’est le canapé du salon. Nous n’avons jamais eu de remarques à ce sujet. Nous tiendrons compte de votre remarque car nous souhaitons toujours le bien être des vacanciers.

Mittelmäßige Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral, aber leider keine schöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Es gab noch nicht mal eine Rolle Toilettenpapier. Die Wohnung ist recht abgewohnt. Die Kosten für die Endreinigung waren sehr versteckt. Und erst nach Buchung gesehen.

Appartamento grande nonostante sia un bilocale, dotato di tutti i confort. Parcheggio privato, un bonus essendo molto vicino al centro cittadino, ci si può spostare a piedi, e in 5 minuti scarsi sei in spiaggia ed è davanti a un supermercato rifornito. La signora che ci ha accolto molto gentile.

Emplacement idéal à Calvi

Appartement fonctionnel et très agréable à vivre. Idéalement situé à Calvi, plage comme centre à distance pédestre. Seul le canapé a un peu vécu mais devrait, semble-t-il, être remplacé rapidement.

prestations de qualité mais vilaine vue

les prestations sont conformes à l'annonce et de qualité mise à part le canapé du salon peu confortable et qui ne peut convenir qu'à une personne. Mais la vue sur le hanger et le parking de la résidence est vraiment vilaine. c'est décevant

Bonjour, Tres surprise par ce commentaire ( le seul que nous ayons reçu ) si peu élogieux. En effet Calvi est une ville qui bouge et tous nos hôtes ont particulièrement apprécié le fait de se retrouver au calme, dans un appartement proche de tout avec la possibilité de garer la voiture et meme de profiter d'un garage en plein mois d'août, a 250 m de la mer, du port de la plage.La vue n'est pas une vue mer mais le hangar sur le côté n'a qu'un étage. Nous ne sommes pas au même niveau que ce hangar et sommes au fond de l'impasse qui mène à l'appartement. Au fond c'est vue montagnes...Le gros plus c'est le calme de l'appartement en plein Calvi ! Et surtout en aout... Quant au canapé il ne sert pas de lit sauf quand il ya demande pour un enfant. L'appartement est conçu pour 2 et si il y a des enfants nous expliquons toujours que le canapé est un appoint. Bonne continuation... Nous avons plusieurs hôtes qui reviennent chez nous chaque année et de plus en plus longtemps trop contents d'y trouver le calme et le confort.
