Great time at Villa DelEvan

Our trip was so great and we had an awesome time. We had 10 people and stayed in the Main House. The owners and staff were so helpful and we had such a good experience. Definitely recommend staying here! We will be back!!

Excellent vacation

New, clean home on the beach with great amenities and water sports . Security was good and beach and yard maintenance was immaculate. Communication from start to finish was excellent with property manager Crayton.

Amazing property, location & concierge services

Our family of 5 had an incredible Christmas experience at Villa Del Evan. We stayed in the main house and it was perfect for our adult children to be comfortable and enjoy. My husband had to work a bit and the office came in handy. The gym was also a nice touch and we didn’t miss the facilities at a resort at all. The host had the home immaculately decorated for the holidays and the service was second to none. Be sure to inquire about the talented private chef. So nice. Hope to return!

Very well maintained and clean great location on GB. Just make sure you have clarity around the number and type of bedrooms. Overall very nice stay with the family.
