4 bedroom standard or 5 bedroom (extra cost of $100/day), VILLA ROI SOLEIL is an elevated 2 acre beachfront property located directly ON the Beach o Bristol Hill - (only 150 ft walk through villas botanical gardens from beach to pool), compared to the Grace Bay Atlantic side (north side) of the island, weather is warmer, and the atmosphere more serene. The villa is unique in that it is like a mini resort, with each bedroom being a separate building providing privacy for the occupants. The guest house which is a completely self supporting module with separate kitchen and living room and bedroom can be converted into an extra bedroom 5 suite. The Villa has Air-conditioning is in all bedrooms as well as flat panel TV's with international coverage along with Fiber wifi throughout the grounds. The unique 3-story design includes cantilevered walkways, elevated balconies and decks that provide stunning views from almost every room. 4+1 bedroom.
The Property has continuously lighted walkways and driveway, has automatic diesel backup generator system for power and water and uses, key-less electronic door locks and gates. The property is fully gated with gates at property entry points, including the beach.

24 hr concierge and mid stay maid service/linen change is included in price. The property has 250 feet of white sand beach. Automatic Backup generator activates on island power interruption (a common occurrence in the Caribbean). The Villa is also equipped with 1Gbs fiber internet, and local/international phones.

The Villa white sand beach is very private as there are no public access points, only the few accompanying high end villas have access through there respective beach front - no pedlars, boats, hotel guests or other visitors.

The near shore water is shallow (less than 6 ft), free from currents, warm all year and is protected from large waves making it ideal for swimming and for children.

Three small islands, some with their own beach can be reached in a few minutes by using the villa kayaks or even walking there at low tide (a couple of spots around 6 ft deep).

After Searching the globe for an ideal beach front property, we selected Providenciales, Turks and Caicos because of ease of airline access, surrounding upscale tourist properties, year round comfortable temperatures, low crime and easy everyday access at reasonable air fares. The island is unique in that it has classical tourist areas, including resorts with public beaches, shops plus restaurants while at the same time offering very exclusive nearby villas with private beaches, all within 15 minutes of each other. We looked at 10 beachfront properties before buying Villa Roi Soliel in Turtle Tail. We purchased this property because of the stunning elevated views and privacy of the area.

This was an amazing trip for our whole family ages ranging from 1 - 71. There were ten of us. The house was even better than pictured here. This was our first trip to Turks and David, the owner, was so helpful with ideas for the itinerary and restaurants. Gedeon, the manager, was there every day and made it a perfect stay. This is a big property and we were able to have privacy and together time. The tropical landscape is amazing. We found conch on the beach, starfish and all kinds of shells. We used the kayaks and the paddle board to go out to the islands and see the area. The laundry room is well stocked with beach equipment which we also used. Pool was clean as a whistle as was the whole house. We had two cars and had no trouble going in and out of the property. We are already planning another trip to this lovely destination and property.

The owner was awesome. Reached out proactively before and during the trip. Made sure we had distilled water in the villa for a CPAP machine. He sent over restaurant recommendations. We have stayed in many VRBOs all over the world, this owner was one of the most detailed in managing our expectations about the villa in advance.The concierge, Gedeon, was also helpful. He met us at the airport and drove ahead to the home to give us the tour. He was very responsive throughout our stay via tex.

Everything you could ask for and more

I took my family here for a week vacation and we had the most relaxing time! I know it's trite to say that the pictures don't do it justice, but in this case, it really is true. We would sit in the screened-in room that had a lovely ocean breeze and just stare at the views. The property is very well laid-out, providing privacy for everyone and plenty of room to spread out. I've traveled to over 40 countries and rented tons of homes for vacations and I honestly don't know if I've ever stayed at a place that was so well-stocked as this home. Pretty much anything that you can think of is there for your use and convenience. The home is immaculately clean and impeccably maintained. Perhaps the most special part of this rental is the owner. He goes out of his way to ensure that everyone is happy and comfortable. We had no issues at all, but I knew that he was just a text away if I had any questions. We wanted to do some family photos and he even found a photographer for us to come to the villa and do a photoshoot which was a lot of fun. He is very accommodating and genuinely wants you to have a good experience. He takes a lot of pride in being a host and keeping the villa in tip-top shape. There are detailed instructions for everything. I haven't felt this recharged in a long time. The neighborhood is high-end, secluded, and very quiet. The beach is simply stunning. I highly recommend this place and hope to be back!

The oceanfront location in a secluded community is beautiful, and we spent countless hours in the Infinity pool that overlooks the ocean, as well. It was very convenient for a family of 8 to all be together while still having separate bedrooms and quite a few living spaces to enjoy.

Amazing Beach Mansion

We just got back from Turks and Caicos for the 2nd time and had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach mansion. I cannot recommend staying here highly enough! The house is right on the beach, with crystal clear water that is waist deep out to 500 feet. A few small islands lay just offshore, which you can kayak to, explore and fish from. There are almost no other people around, its like having a gigantic private lagoon and island paradise all to yourself. The owner provides floats, kayaks, windsurfing boards, snorkeling gear, life jackets, etc. You can have jet skis brought right up to your beach. Beach chairs and shaded cabanas are provided too! A beautiful infinity pool overlooks the ocean and beach with a spectacular view! Outdoor stereo system, and lights (in and out of the pool) provide additional ambience. The house is large, with 5 separate bedrooms and 4 full baths. Large kitchen and dining room, and 2 separate living/den areas. Plenty of room for a large group (we had 8 with kids). Air conditioning is only in the bedrooms/bathrooms, but that is typical of beach mansions here. A separate laundry room allows you wash something during the trip if needed. Owner provided maid service during the trip, and they washed and gave us a huge stack of clean towels. The owner's communication was great before and during the trip. Very helpful and answered all of our questions quickly. He gave us a ton of great recommendations for restaurants and things to see and do.

A wonderful March vacation!

It’s as beautiful as pictured; all nine of us enjoyed our stay. A clever layout allowed large gatherings while still having space for quiet moments. The kitchen pod was spacious with the amenities of any well-stocked kitchen. Bedrooms were lovely and for those who had sea breezes, an air conditioner wasn’t necessary to sleep comfortably; the breezes and fans were enough. All enjoyed the screened porch, there were several afternoon naps as well as later nights spent there. The pool is beautiful, heated by the sun to the perfect temperature in the afternoon. It’s also not too deep, maybe a little over five feet, maximum. The sea is gentle on this side of the island and the water was warm. We enjoyed long sea walks every day at low tide. Most of the bay is glorious white sand but pack water shoes with good grips for walking in and out of the water from rockier areas. The parking area was sufficient for our three vehicles. We felt very secure at the villa with several locked gates between the beach and the house. The wi-fi handled all needs easily. There are air conditioners in each sleeping area; we didn’t all need them and did not come close to hitting the electricity limit for those. We’d love a return trip to the villa. The owners were spectacular throughout the whole process; communicating frequently, answering questions, and helping us with whatever we needed. Any issues were dealt with expediently. It’s a wonderful house in a great location.

Wonderful assortment of kayaks, sups, beach chairs. Raft was partially deflated but useable . Floats and pool toys were pretty much unuseable.....deflated, blowups with holes, and no pump. Master bedroom needs a curtain over the window in the shower. Keeping a towel hanging there was not an answer. The property had one of the best views, well appointed kitchen, beautiful beach and water. Instructions for using the music and TV in the game room at pool level would have been helpful.

The best yet!

Our family vacations in T&C every year and this was our favorite rental to date. As beautiful as the pictures, this property provides even more than described with a loaded kitchen, beach amenities galore, and plenty of space for both quiet time and group fun inside and out. Villa Roi Solei is a magnificent property with stunning views. The bedrooms are generous and well appointed but you will be spending very little time in them because the property centers around a living area that includes: a beautiful infinity pool, large screened porch well equipped kitchen, comfortable family room and very unique walkway to the private beach.

You and your family will absolutely love this villa. We stayed for 7 days. Sleeps 8 easily. The views and water access are nothing short of amazing. We were in the pool early and finished our afternoons in the ocean. The owner was fantastic to work with and super responsive. We fished, golfed, hired a private chef for dinners and a bartender for poolside. The views are heavenly. So thankful we found this villa!

Amazing Family Trip

To sum it all up. No one wanted to leave!!! Quiet, serene, we named the 3 islands and visited them often. The villa, pool and ocean were fantastic. If it was windy in our area, it seemed that Grace Bay was calm. The pool was in use all day, our grandkids became little fishes from all the swimming. Our private snorkel tour with Grace Bay Watersports was amazing. Someone always got back to us promptly if we needed anything. We look forward to coming back soon. You will not regret staying at this Villa. The villa is extremely well maintained considering it is in an ocean environment.

Wonderful location and home!

We just returned from a delightful week at Villa Roi Soliel. From the moment we arrived it was nothing but wonderful. Both the owner and manager were very attentive and helpful. We were met at the airport and had a fussy two year old who needed a nap and they were flexible and allowed us to come to house as cleaners were finishing the change over. We enjoyed the island (Island Vibes trip and a few restaurants) but mostly stayed at the house. The wonderful pool and beach set up with kayaks and paddle boards was hard to leave. We definitely hope to return soon. A great spot for family and/or friends to enjoy. Thank you!

A slice of paradise

Our family enjoyed a lovely week at this beautiful villa. Communication was very good and check in went very smoothly with the house manager meeting us at the airport. We were nervous about driving on the island but are so glad we rented a Jeep for our stay. Highly recommend Island Jeeps ! The home was very clean and well taken care of. It was completely stocked and clear the owners value their guests comfort. The landscaping is absolutely amazing. So many tropical trees and flowers to admire! We enjoyed the beach, note the beach directly in front of the house is fairly rocky but easily remedied with the beach just to the left of the property. The pool was absolutely amazing. We really loved that all of the family living spaces were directly around the pool. Important to note, there is no air conditioning in the main spaces, only in the bedrooms. We found that the breeze from the ocean offered plenty of natural air conditioning, especially in the afternoons and evenings. The location is fantastic if you want privacy. The villa is 15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go and getting around the island is very easy. So glad we chose this villa, we made wonderful memories with our family!

We have seen most of the world and could have picked any number of properties in very nice settings. In the end we picked the Turks and Caicos for our villa location due to the convenience, consistent pleasant weather and small town feeling not often found in most tourist destinations.

Why they chose this property

After visiting many Caribbean and tropical locations in search of a location for a vacation property we concluded that the Turks and Caicos was the best. Small island, small town atmosphere, many north American residents, lowest crime rate in the Caribbean, English language, short flight times,minimal insects due to dry climate, many high value villa's in exclusive neighborhoods, crystal clear water, pristine beaches and consistent year round weather.

After the island was selected, we searched for the ideal location and/or property. In all we looked at 18 different beach front and ocean front villa's and lots. Many were impressive for various reasons but Villa Roi Soleil was an instant WoW when compared to the rest.Villa Roi Soleil was not just another nice house on the beach (and there are a lot of those in the TCI), it was a unique oceanfront villa that was designed and built in the spirit of the Caribbean. It was bright, airy, spectacular views from almost every room and very quiet and private.

What makes this property unique

We looked at many beachfront properties in the Turks and Caicos islands. Long bay , Grace Bay, Turtle Cove, Sapodilla and Taylor Bays, Chalk Sound, Turtle Tail - Many price ranges and many Property types. In the end we picked Villa Roi Soleil as it was different- The location is very private and enjoys a private white sand beach that seldom see's any humans. The water is very calm and yet there is always a pleasant breeze to keep you cool. The south shore sun makes it warm all year around, even on the very few days were the temperature drops to the low 70's. Sun rise and sunset views right from the villa pool for most of the year.

It is what we felt a tropical getaway should be like - Peaceful, Quiet, Warm, spectacular views yet only a few minutes from the main tourist areas and attractions. The location of the villa allows you to reach stores and restaurants in less than 8 minutes. The airport is only 10 minutes away.
In order to keep things in top condition (which is difficult being right on the beach), we have our own full time grounds maintenance staff who tend to the beach, garden and buildings as well as greet and lend assistance to the guests if they need it. We feel that the property should offer visitors everything that we ourselves would expect in a high end vacation rental. We hope you will be able to enjoy what the villa has to offer.
