New construction, winter 2021/2022 on the Sybelles estate (La Toussuire):<br><br>Chalet "La petite Ourse", 105 m² including 15 m² on the mezzanine (excluding carrez)<br>On 3 levels with 5 bedrooms including 1 sleeping area with bunk beds, 2 bathrooms.<br><br>The chalet is located in the heart of the resort of La Toussuire, it adjoins the ESF kindergarten and is located less than 200m from the tourist office and shops. Ski slopes nearby.<br>The accommodation<br>The Chalet des Ours consists of 2 accommodation: La Grande Ourse and La Petite Ourse.<br>Each accommodation is independent and has 3 floors.<br><br>The Little Dipper:<br><br>Ground floor:<br>- Entrance / Ski-room<br>- WC<br>- Living space of 38m² with large openings (including bull's eye of 1.8m in diameter) overlooking the mountains, open kitchen, living room with TV.<br><br>1st floor:<br>- Bedroom 1, 10m²: 1 bed 160 x 200<br>- Bedroom 2, 10m²: 1 bed 140 x 190<br>- Bedroom 3, 7.5m²: 1 bed 140 x 200<br>- 2 bathrooms with shower (120x90)<br>- WC<br><br>2nd floor:<br>- Bedroom 4: 11m²: 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4) <br>Bedroom 5 11m² (excluding carrez) 1 bed 140 x 190

Super chalet tout neuf

Idéalement situé à la Toussuire, à proximité immédiate du centre et de la zone Pioupiou de L'ESF. Le chalet est bien équipé et a parfaitement convenu pour 6 adultes et 4 enfants.

Chalet petit ours tout neuf et très bien équipé. Très bel emplacement. Nous avons pu tout faire à pieds: pistes et centre ville. Communication avec Laurent et Carole parfaite. Adresse à conserver

Génial!!!

Nous étions 3 familles, 5 adultes, 5 enfants. Super agencement du chalet, les enfants avaient leur espace là haut. Grand salon lumineux et fonctionnel avec grande et belle table conviviale, belles vues sur les montagnes. Bonne literie et beaucoup de rangement. Bref nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.
