This beautiful 2 Bed/ 2 Bath condo has updated comfortable furnishings to make it an ideal home for your Solana Beach vacation! The sunlight comes through every room getting the afternoon sun and facing the sunsets. This beach themed, bright condo sleeps 6 and is equipped with a King + Twin in the Main bedroom, Queen + Twin Trundle in the second bedroom, and a Queen size sofa bed in the living room.
Enjoy a beautiful green community view on the west facing patio, there is one building between you and the ocean so those gorgeous views are only steps away. Both the living room and master have patios. BBQ some dinner outside on the grill. Then come inside and relax with some TV in living room and hi-speed internet included. Fireplace, washer/dryer, beach chairs, all make this property fully-equipped for your family to enjoy. Two assigned parking spaces in the gated parking garage. Take the stairs down to the beach for an evening stroll, sunbathe by the complex swimming pool or take in a game of tennis. This complex is one of the only to heat it year - round making it perfect to lap swimming great anytime!

This condo is the perfect place to enjoy beach vacations, or a needed stay-cation. Spend all day on the beach, enjoy a glass of wine in the community’s ocean view lounge at sunset.

The Solana Beach & Tennis Club complex sits on the Ocean Bluffs of Solana Beach and includes a gorgeous large pool for lap swimming (heated year-round), also 2 spas, 4 tennis courts, and a clubhouse! The condo come with 2 Parking spaces below the tennis courts. The beach access is located in the complex with stairs down to the beach and also showers to wash away beach sand.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
- This house does not have air conditioning, only the coastal breeze and fans
- Occupancy is 6 persons max (including all children)
- No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties
- No pets
-For work from home we always recommend having a hot spot as we can't control service interruptions & outages
-Some steps must be taken throughout complex to get to front door and parking. Solana Beach & Tennis club is a large complex and does not have any luggage carts.

Utilities: For longer rentals (30 days or longer) the guest will be responsible for all gas / electricity charges over $200 per month / billing cycle. The bill will be provided to the guest and the excess will either be deducted from the deposit, billed or charged to the credit card on file. If you booked through a third party site like airbnb, payment will be requested through that third party.

Starter kits of toiletries are provided to all guests.
Supplies for the entire length of the stay are not provided.
Kitchens are stocked with dishes, drinkware, pans and cooking utensils.
Spices, oil or anything perishable are not stocked.

Located just a short walk to everything including dining, shopping and entertainment. You will have no problem finding your niche in Solana Beach!

The spaciousness and simple decorations of this condo make you feel at home. It has everything you need for cooking up a storm, relaxing on the beach, or exploring the towns along the coast. The quiet and peacefulness are so renewing. We wouldn't change a thing about our experience--except to stay longer!

Fantastic location. Walk to beach restraints and stores. Condo is clean and comfortable. Kitchen supplies are very good and beds are comfortable. Large bathroom storage as the condo is nicely designed. One issue that needs to be addressed is access to local cable tv. The tv is the only item on my wish list

LOVED THIS PROPERTY!

The property was phenomenal. Location was key and the entire family had a great time over our month rental. A special thank you to Ashley (property manager). There was some construction in surrounding units that caused some water issues during our stay but the property manager dealt with it promptly! We loved this trip and can't wait to get back to this property.

The beach is great for walking. I highly recommend. Water too cold and rough to swim in. Lots of surfers though. Beach volley ball is fun.

Nice updated unit, loved the proximity to the beach, dining and shops. Did get a little warm in the primary bedroom, fans were old, could use a ceiling fan! The second bedroom has one and that really cooled the room down. Will come back for sure!

Best place to stay, highly recommend!!

Many families with our soccer team group were in the same complex and we had the best space by far! Very clean, fully equipped, and comfy beds. Even the pullout couch bed was nice. We were able to cook for 15-20 easily. So many good food places within walking distance. Highly recommend Pizza Port for pizza, Roberto’s for tacos (may need to drive), Achilles coffee, and SB Kitchen. Also, check out the lagoon about a mile away for running, Annie's Canyon Trail and Slot Canyon for hiking. Will definitely stay here again if I find myself back in San Diego.

This is a lovely condo in a beautiful setting. We've stayed in this complex before and love it. Access to the bluff and the beach is just a few steps away. The condo itself was wonderful. It was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Lots of amenities: a well-stocked kitchen if you want to cook, and plenty of towels and lots of beach items were supplied. The property managers were on top of things, and very responsive. One day during our stay, the city of Solana Beach cut water for ALL the properties along Sierra for the entire day. The night before, the property managers brought a couple of large containers of water for us to use during the outage, which we really appreciated. Overall, we were extremely happy with our experience!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean well laid out with comfy beds. The appliances were new and easy to use. Kitchen was well stocked and nice grill on small balconey, so cooking in a breeze. Being greeted with the artificial scent of no less than 15 room air fresheners was a big red flag. They were clearly masking the scent of a dead rodent. Then the ants every room. Not the kind that show up in the kitchen, but in the closets, bedrooms and bath. We purchased 2 boxes of ant bait, but problem persisted. The management company was quick to respond, and contacted the HOA but we left before resolve.

We had a very pleasant stay

Checking process was smooth. The place looked better in real life then on the pictures. Unit was well equipped withe everything we needed. Beach chairs and boogie boards were in the closet and they were a pleasant surprise. The bed mattresses were so comfortable I had to check the brand. We had a super good time and would consider renting again.
