This small apartment in a rural home would be ideal for a single person or student. Private parking (garage parking if needed) and private entrance. We are close to the Potomac River and the Marc Train. In the summer you can enjoy the pool with a few friends. Cable, Internet, Electric is included.

Perfect long term stay.

My son stayed here for an externship he had in the Leesburg area. The unit was clean, easily accessible and private. The hosts were quick and eager to answer any questions. Provided a window air conditioner for the summer. Would recommend!!
