A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 5 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental, located near year round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, or other types of larger gatherings. For security purposes only, this home has an outdoor camera at the front and back of the exterior entrances of the home. There is no camera overlooking the backyard pool area; only the outdoor entrances of the home. This home is strictly a non-animal friendly home due to the Owner's family having extreme allergies. No exceptions! Guest will be fined $1000 if an animal is found to be on the property at any time. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POOL DOES NOT HAVE A HEATER. This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (4), BATH TOWEL SETS (20), & BEACH/POOL TOWELS (12) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! Nice home, great location, great outdoor spaces and responsive property management made for an enjoyable staycation with my children. A few minor items in the home need repaired but nothing we could navigate around as we did not spend much time inside.
Perfect for a large group or a few couples can’t wait to go back!
The house was exactly as described. Directly across from the beach with beach access. Family of 5 was not nearly enough people for this house. It came stocked way more than any other house we have stayed in. Can’t wait to come back.

The pool and balcony sits on Ocean Blvd with an unobstructed view since homes are not allowed to be built between our home and the water. 4 generations from 2 to 83! We all loved this house and will be back next year! The screened-in porch is where we spent all of our time if not at the beach or pool! Slight hitch with check in access code but rental office was able to assist over the phone.
Ocean view bc there is no house directly across the street and easy beach access.

This place is literally perfect for a group trip! We had 11 guys stay at the house and had no issues at all. It’s right next to the beach, the backyard is incredible and the location is 2nd to none. We used Isle of Palms shuttle service all weekend. We will 100% look to come back to Isle of Palms especially at this house. Everything is so convenient about 20-25 min from Charleston, close to multiple good golf courses would highly recommend Wild Dunes Links course if you golf. We do a golf trip every year and this one is already on the list to come back to. 0 complaints! We stayed mid -October weather was still great.
Everything about this property was magical. The location is incredible, it really is a super short walk to the beach. The layout of the house is PERFECT for multiple families, and little touches like a chime on the downstairs doors so no little ones get outside near the pool without a parent knowing.
The house was REALLY well stocked with cooking utensils. The beds were very comfortable.
Beautiful decor, lovely views, and great neighborhood. This is a 5 star property.

We wanted to take a few moments to express what a wonderful time we had at our recent stay. We stayed at the house from June 18 to June 25nd and enjoyed every moment!
It’s been a tough year for our family, losing our matriarch to Covid and this was the first time in 2 years that the family had been together. It was so special and was big enough for all.
Our family loved the proximity to the ocean, being only about 100 yards from the backyard to the access path. It was so convenient, we made a daily trip to just walk the beach! We also spent a few days enjoying the ocean with our beach chairs and umbrellas we rented from Vayk .
The home itself was perfect for our needs. We loved the open floor plan on the second level with ocean views. The ocean view from the upper screened in porch were perfection! We had dinner on the screened deck several nights and stayed for conversation into the evening, enjoying the cross breezes.
The unit was newly renovated and fully equipped. The beds were comfortable and the view was really beautiful. Grills and the outside shower were functional and also utilized. Family bike riding was safe on generally quiet streets and full service grocery stores etc were within a five minute ride. It was a short ride into Charleston too! We also had a lot of fun with cornhole contests and using the putting green.
The proximity to Charleston was great as we were able to spend time there on two separate occasions enjoying the sights and the delicious food.
Overall, this is a beautiful home, comfortable, fully equipped, at the quiet end of the beach, very relaxing and perfect for our needs. We look forward to returning next year.

Would definitely rent again and recommend to others. The location, specifically the unobstructed ocean view, and beach access right across the street, can't be beat. The house has what amounts to two kitchens which allows the ground floor (three bedrooms, two full baths, small kitchen and den area with a slider out onto covered patio) to be occupied by a second family. This place would be ideal for two families traveling together. Another nice feature was the abundant beach towels provided for guests to use. The outdoor area, with putting green, pool, cornhole, and covered patio, made us feel like we were at our own resort. We had one maintenance issue arise our first day there. The management company had it fixed pronto.
Our stay was perfect from start to finish. This house was gorgeous, pristine and the location could not have been better. Plenty of room for 10 women to relax comfortably, fabulous open layout and the yard/porches and pool were the icing on the cake. Can't wait to come here again someday!!!

Great place to stay! Everything was clean and great location. Only thing that was annoying was walking to get a code for the front door. Should just be a text/message through the app when it’s ready to enter.
Property was exactly as pictured! Location was perfect. Bedrooms were spread out, with plenty of room. Screened in porch to unwind in the evenings added bonus. Highly recommend!
Please note: Carroll Realty is the property management company chosen by the homeowner and requires that their rental agreement be signed prior to occupying the property. This agreement will be sent after a reservation is made along with other helpful rental info for your stay. Cancellation Policy: Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Travel insurance covers every guest scheduled to come on the trip. Please call us for more information or visit our website for detailed plan information. Power/ weather related cancellation: Carroll Realty does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires. Additionally, Carroll Realty will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
