Due to our experience and respect for our area, we must refuse rentals for parties, bachelor/hen nights, and groups that are "too young."
The person responsible for the rental, who agrees to the house rules through the rental agreement, must be at least 30 years old and provide proof of identity via a passport, ID card, or reviews left on the booking site.
