About this property

Lovely, quiet house, renovated by famous architect.

The house is placed in a classy private area of ten neighbours sorrounded of incredible tropical gardens and a lovely swiming pool , with a kid´s safe area.
It has 2 bedrooms both with bathrooms in suite , one with a king size and the other, very big one, with 3 beds . We have a living room conected with the dinning area and a nice well equipped kitchen . In the same level there´s a garden sorrounded dining area and a living outdoor space . Above the house there´s and incredible terrace with another dinnig table, and a huge round daybed to lay down and relax with the stunning views both to the mountains and to the see.
Bahia Feliz is a small village perfect for enjoying your vacation , quiet but ten minutes car drive from the nithg happening areas and also only 15 minutes from the airport. There´s two beaches a few meters walk from the house, one with lovely white sand and all services and the other one under a clift with pebbles and more private ambiance. There are many different restaurants within the village and shops, spa and two supermarkets.

A cozy place that ticked lots of boxes

Lovely little place that is nicely decorated and cozy. Plenty of private deck space with lounge area and outside dining area. Upper sun deck has a great sunbed and other dining area. Both are delightful in the day and in the evenings for chilling out. Everything was clean and the owner was very helpful and always replied quickly to any queries before and during our stay. We also liked the location in that it was a resort area, but not as crowded as some of the more popular destinations, but with easy access to all the East coast and South coast. No air conditioning, which we did not realise. There was enough of a fresh breeze that it did not really matter for the main upper apartment, but it was a little stuffier in the lower bedroom. Although with the available fans our daughters did not seem to mind. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous property and location

The property is amazing in its look and feel with lots of different spaces and great outside eating and sunbathing areas. The 2nd bedroom and bathroom were not 'attached' to the main property but underneath with a totally separate enterance, meaning you would have to go out the main front door and walk around the communist path to get to it? However for two people the property was great and spacious with everything we needed for a very relaxing holiday. There are 11 properties on the sight but most were empty so using the pool was nearly exclusive. A good choice of restaurants nearby and a good supermarket all in easy walking distance but at the mid point if a steepish hill. Would love to come back again

Beautiful house with lovely views

Had a very relaxing stay here with my mum and adult daughter. The house is lovely, and the pool was kept immaculately clean. On arrival at the airport, we were met by Mike the caretaker, which we had pre-arranged, rather than endure the hassle of finding a taxi. He was very friendly and helpful. I asked if there was anywhere we could buy some food for the following morning, as it was late at night. He took us to a garage, and offered to give us some of his food if there was nothing at the garage! Fortunately we got sorted, and into the house. The house was very clean, and even my mum, who is very fussy, was pleased with it. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen, and lovely clean towels (including beach towels) and bedding. The Wi-Fi code was provided, but didn't work during our stay. Roof terrace was fantastic, lovely views and the day bed so comfy! We had the pool to ourselves most of the time, and it is right next to the house. The only negative from our stay was Felix the cat. It appears to be a stray cat, but there was a note left from previous residents asking to buy it food and let it sleep in the villa overnight!!! I don't think so! My daughter is allergic to cats, and my mum and I don't like them, so the first couple of days we had to keep the doors closed to stop it getting in. After not feeding it and throwing water at it to scare it away, it then stayed away for the rest of the holiday. It looked as if residents from nearby houses were feeding it instead. If people refused to feed it, it wouldn't return. Don't let the cat put you off, as it is a great place and I would happily recommend it.
