Very Aptly named the entertainment capital of Texas, Arlington boasts a plethora of things to do- 6 flags, cowboys stadium, globe life field and park, Ripley`s believe it or not, the list goes on and on. Right in between Fort Worth and Dallas you can sight see everything in the DFW metroplex or be in a convenient location for business. We are located literally across from a Cowboys Stadium Parking lot. We just completely remodeled this complex so you are sure to have everything you need.

Arlington has partnered with Via- its only $3 a ride!

No keys to lose or to return! You don`t even have to touch a keypad if you desire! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code on a keypad issued to you for the duration of your stay.

We take cleaning and your comfort very seriously. Touchless entry with an app or use a keypad with a unique code. Check out our other reviews to see the quality that we put into our customer service and entire business!

PET POLICY: Please be sure to add your pet(s) to the reservation when booking. The pet fee is $100 per month per pet. This fee will be added to your reservation in the nightly fee amount. Maximum 2 pets, please

Due to insurance, we do have breed restrictions. We are unable to host Akitas, ChowChows, Dobermans, German Shepards, Huskies, Mastiffs, Pit Bulls and related breeds, Rottweilers, Wolf Hybrids, and Presa Canario.

Barking is of our utmost concern. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if a dog`s barking is disturbing other guests. Please do not leave them alone if they get sad and will bark.

Please keep your pets off the furniture, pick up your pets` waste, and be respectful of other guests, keeping them on leash and away from other guests at all times.

*Smoking is ONLY allowed in designated area away from the door. If there is any evidence of smoking (including smell) you will be assessed a fine. *Please be respectful of others on property and keep noise to a minimum from 9pm-9am. If we are unable to reach you or have continued noise complaints we reserve the right to terminate booking without a refund. *A phone number of a guest actually staying on property must be provided. *Guest count MUST be accurate for liability and legal reasons- Arlington Law mandates a maximum of 4 people. It includes all people staying in the unit, including the person reserving it and any guests that may stop by. This is STRICTLY ENFORCED! A fine of $150 per person will be assessed for violating this house rule. *You may only utilize a maximum of 2 parking spots without permission. *Please no parties, social gatherings or events of any kind. If you throw a party or anything similar to one without permission, you will be assessed a fine. *Due to Arlington Law- THERE IS NO CONGREGATING outside after 10pm. Sorry- this is the law! *Please dispose of trash in the dumpsterg *No Unauthorized pets. A fine will be assessed for any unauthorized pets. To avoid misunderstanding please advise of any service animals. TO AVOID ADDITIONAL FEES IF BRINGING YOUR FURBABY- please ensure all fees are paid before checking in. Thank you!

Great location

This is a great location for anyone attending an event at the stadium. Victoria was very responsive and checked in with us to ensure our stay was going well. The place was a little dated but clean, and the sheets/towels smelled amazing. Would stay here again if we are in the area.

The location is great. Close to the stadiums. 30 mins to dallas or Fort Worth. Communication isn’t great. I reached out the day before we left asking if they allow early check in & if they could resend link. No response. After 2 days in our stay, we came home at 9pm & there were two huge COCKROACHES. I emailed the host stating “we have cockroaches” the host responded instantly asking for me to clarify. I am not sure what needs to be clarified, but I did clarify & never heard back until the next day mid morning. We ended up leaving & getting a hotel, as we were traveling with a young child. We know when cockroaches are present, more are typically near. We did not want to bring any home & didn't want our child getting sick. Long story short, I asked the host for a refund for the two days we did not stay & they said no. They said my message did not include detail & that they have similar messages from guests & want to make them aware & not requesting any action. This surprises me because I am not sure of anyone who would not want any action for cockroaches. I have included messages so you can see how this company address situations. If anything happens outside of their “bussiness hours” you are screwed. Be sure to be very detailed as they might not know if you are requesting action or not. I know bugs are everywhere. Its just that this host was not willing to help. They did not offer me another hotel unit or even a partial refund to help with hotel cost.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the stress this caused during your stay. For future guests, we want to clarify the timeline. Your message at 8:50pm said only “hi, we have cockroaches.” We responded immediately asking for clarification, as guests sometimes send similar messages simply to let us know they saw a single bug so that we can address it after checkout letting us know, “no big deal, I know it’s Texas, just wanted to let you know.” When no reply with any details or tone showing concern came, we assumed it was the latter and signed off around 9pm. We’re a small family business with young kids, and we go to sleep. Your initial message gave no indication of urgency, so we had no way of knowing the extent of your concern. We did take it seriously and respond immediately to gather more information. We provide our phone number in multiple places specifically so guests can call if something urgent happens after hours. We always answer calls at night, but no call came in, so we had no way of knowing you needed immediate help or relocation. We also never received photos, or clarification if the cockroaches seen were dead or alive, and didn’t learn you had checked into a hotel until the next morning. Because your reservation wasn’t cancelled and remained active, the nights could not be rebooked. As soon as we saw your message the next morning, we offered to move you to another unit right away. Since we weren’t given the chance to resolve the issue before you left, and the nights stayed blocked, we were unable to refund the unused portion of the stay. We take pest control seriously and have monthly professional treatments done. In Texas, the large “roaches” people sometimes see are water bugs/palmetto bugs that can enter through pipes or open doors, not signs of an infestation. We don’t like them either so we treat proactively and address concerns promptly once we’re aware of them. We care deeply about cleanliness and responsiveness, and for any true late-night issue, calling us directly is always the fastest way to reach us! We will always do everything in our power to make things right for our guests. We truly wish we would have had the opportunity to resolve this for you, and we’re sorry you’re upset about not receiving a refund.

Clean and Comfy

This property was very clean and airy. We were impressed as soon as we walked in. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great! The full-size fridge and stove were handy for eating in, and the suggestions for places to eat helped when we didn't feel like cooking. The TV was easy to operate, even for someone who is NOT tech-savvy. We enjoyed watching Disney+ (which we can't do at home) so that was a treat. The towels were thick and soft., and it was nice having shampoo, conditioner and shower soap provided. Come ahead to Dallas Fort Worth--and stay here!
