Hillside complex "Terrasse des Alpes". In the district of Marigny 400 m from the centre of Montana, in a sunny position, 1.5 km from the lake, 1.5 km from the skiing area, south-west facing position. For shared use: indoor pool heated (12 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 26.Nov. and 16.Dec. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 08:00-20:00). Hot tub, terrace. In the house: lounge, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar, café 400 m, bus stop "Montana Poste" 300 m, lake Moubra 1.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3.8 km, skisport facilities 1.5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Swimming pool (about 26°) and hot tub closed in November. Hot tub from 16 years old. The building is built on a sloping ground. The floors are to be considered as levels (calculated from the terraces at the back of the residence). In case of heavy snowfall, it is not allowed on the order of the administrator to clear the terraces.

Vue montagne limitée

Appartement engoncé entre forêt et mur latéral du balcon. Vue moins dégagée qu'espéré. Pas de store ni de parasol sur le balcon, difficile au soleil de l'après-midi. Pièce centrale très sombre (salle à manger), éclairage (lampes) de la cuisine insuffisant pour cuisiner correctement.
