100 points for this house. A lovely place and very large and spacious. With our family with children, we had plenty of space to not be on each other's lips all the time. Large comfortable sofas, so you can all sit together, a large space between the sitting area and the dining area, to put things down or for the children to play. Multiple toilets, very nice with a large group and not 1 but 2 bathrooms. Cross the street and there is a field to play in. Children have sledged here and we have built small jumps for them. The owner is incredibly friendly and very pleasant on the phone. Belvilla also helped us enormously with our really last-minute booking. Thanks to both!

De vaatwasser is kapot, maar voor een alternatief is niets geregeld (stop of wasbak). De gootsteen hebben we moeten ontstoppen, zat helemaal dicht. Televisie deed het niet, na lang zoeken vonden we ergens een losse stekker achter een bank. Het wasgoed/huis stinkt naar rook. Allerlei keukenkastjes sluiten niet goed, en allerlei andere spullen zijn versleten (missende haakjes enz). Veel vaatwerk was vies. Douche beneden niet warm te krijgen. Toegezegde theedoeken ontbreken. Veel spinrag (dus slecht schoongemaakt).

Positive Punkte: - Gut ausgestattete Küche - Zufahrt zum Haus Zu verbessern: - Ausbaustandard teilweise kleine Defekte (Abfalltüre, Messer etc.) - Kommunikation (keine Willkommensmail Zugangscode muss telefonisch angefragt werden. Zahlung der Endreinigung etc. wird per SMS angefordert. Änderung der Personenzahl wurde anscheinend nicht mehr kommuniziert -> fehlende Bettwäsche) - Kamin kann nicht genutzt werden Allgemein eine schöne Hütte für Skiferien. Ausbaustandard und Preis passen langsam nicht mehr zusammen, da auch gewisse dinge langsam kaputt gehen. Kommunikation zwischen Vermietung, Verwaltung vor Ort und Mieter muss verbessert werden.
