Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team, available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk. Settle into your unit then head down to the gift shop for cool drinks, snacks and beach supplies for a day in the sun. Take a dip in the newly renovated outdoor pool or chill surfside enjoying seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and an outdoor tiki bar. Break from the Florida sunshine, head indoors and get a workout in at the fitness facility, and relax in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, or steam room. select some complimentary DVD rentals to enjoy in your unit. Additionally, SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, perfect for your personal and professional functions.



SunDestin Unit 1404 is a beautifully decorated one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. You’ll welcome the refreshingly cheerful beachy decor in this inviting open-concept unit! Enjoy expansive views from the light and airy living/dining areas or venture onto the private balcony, directly overlooking the gulf. A mirror in the kitchen brings the beach view into this space as well to enjoy while preparing poolside snacks. Gather around the dining table, with seating for six, or lounge or on the cozy sofa. Slumber in the living room with a queen sleeper sofa and huge flat-screen TV, on twin bunks nestled in the hall, or in the master suite with king-sized bed and en suite bathroom.



From classic specialties to tropical cocktails, Destin harbor is home to a wide variety of culinary traditions, fresh menus and incredible views. Be sure to check out Margaritaville and Harry T’s at Destin HarborWalk Village for brunch, lunch or dinner and an afternoon spent browsing boutiques and shops.



SunDestin 1404 is professionally managed by Scenic Stays and is best rented directly through our website. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
