We came to Spring for a gymnastics camp. This house was very close to the gymnastics facility. It was clean, well-appointed and the host was very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

The property manager is very helpful

The checkin process was very easy, host/property manager provided us with all the information needed and showed us around.the house is perfect ,the host was always available whenever he was needed,the backyard is very big ,the kitchen is just perfect and it contains everything we needed. The bed is comfortable,bathroom is excellence and the location is close to the airpot and close to many grocery stores I would recommend Mr Lem

A wonderful weekend

We stayed here for a family wedding occurring over the weekend and it was exactly what we needed! Plenty of space for everyone to get ready, kitchen had ample dishes and silverware (though I wish we had more than 2 keurig pods provided), beds were comfy, A/C was top notch (extremely needed in the Houston heat). Wonderful communication, the host even helped return some headphones we left behind. Definitely recommend!

Graduation weekend

The house is very large and spacious. Accurate to the listing. The back door was leaking when it rained requiring a towel to put down. The fans in most of the bedrooms make a lot of noise, some to the point that we had to change rooms. I would recommend these be looked at and to be fixed. Overall, very nice property. A lot of vehicles are parked in the road in this community. This makes maneuvering right for larger vehicles.

DU Divas Annual Girls Trip

The outside of the property was not maintained. The grass needed to be cut. Inside he lacked the basics like a book containing the password for the Internet and instructions on how to use the television and what service he had , ie cable , Netflix. He didn't have enough hangers. One of the shower curtains didn't have a liner. Need non-slip mat in the tubs. Ice machine wasn't working. Didn't know how to secure the alarm while we were sleeping. Needs to invest in a better thread count for the sheets.
