This home was as advertised. Safe, quiet neighborhood, convenient street parking, warm, welcoming, and clean. The host was responsive and made our stay comfortable.

Very nice house it does have a damp smell, but after one good home-cooked meal inside the smell was gone. Great space for the kids to sleep comfortable very nice. Neighbourhood, and the street parking was very convenient by we having a spot in front of the house. very nice neighbors overall great host. I will recommend booking this again. Next time I visit and for any anyone else I know great price.

We had a great stay at the Avondale Bungalow! We stay with our 3 kids for a quick overnight and it worked perfectly. Lots of games, and comfortable surroundings. Location was central to lots of restaurants and very quaint neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay! The kiddos really enjoyed the toys! We liked playing some games and reading books to wind down from our trip. We also went to the nearby playground. The place was welcoming, clean, close to good food and exploring Birmingham’s history. We had a good time.
