Private: large, well-kept garden 900 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (above ground) (5 x 2 m, depth 122 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, bicycles available. Linen change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Towel change 2 times per week (suppl. charge extra). Parking on the premises. Grocery 700 m, supermarket 500 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Viareggio" 2 km.
