The kitchen is good sized & the dining room table has a large leaf, so we were able to roast a turkey with many side dishes & host another couple to a great Christmas dinner.

With five adults, the space was good. Towels and kitchen furnishings were adequate. Furnishings were comfortable although the downstairs bed and small sofa are rather soft. We experienced small problems with the dish washer, ants, and rainwater leakage.

Perfect!

This place was great! Fantastic location in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the downtown and the hospital/college but far enough away to not have all of the noise. We absolutely loved the house, it was so cute. Communication with the property owner was fantastic. We will likely book this location for our next visit.

Convenient and quiet location, felt very safe. Property could use some love as far as updating and yard maintenance. Clearly there’s some years of wear and tear, but somewhat expected in a college town. A fresh coat of paint and new furniture would go a long way though.
