An oasis in the heart of Iowa City, this home is near downtown Iowa City and the University of Iowa. Amenities include covered front porch (perfect for morning tea/coffee), tall ceilings, handsome wood floors, large updated kitchen with new appliances, spacious living areas with lots of natural light, patio overlooking backyard with fruit trees and plenty of free parking.
