Awesome lake view house right off the strip Built new 2021. Nothing newer or better located in GOTL. Quiet yet walkable to everywhere in town. Once you stay here, having happy hour & your morning coffee overlooking the lake, you'll never want to stay anywhere else in town. Park cars at the house and walk the town!

This house sleeps six, with two bedrooms upstairs and an in-law suite downstairs. An open concept living space upstairs includes a full granite kitchen, and great room with gathering and dining areas. There is a bathroom with shower upstairs and an en-suite bathroom with tub downstairs. The crown jewel of the house is the elevated deck that allows guests to watch beautiful sunsets each night of their visit. Lake Access with steps into water.

Elevated desk space overlooking the lake. A perfect work or puzzle place. Plenty of space and places to gather and interact. Two couches and a large table to enjoy and interact, dine, or watch a movie on the large screen TV.

Very welcoming place. The town wasn't busy because we traveled in the wrong season, but we found the places that were still open and had a great trip. The rental was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a great trip.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and I’m glad that we found this place! It was about 15 minutes from Spire and a great location on the strip. I would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time. The balcony up stairs living is great to listen to the water and view sunsets. Great spot to be able to walk to the strip. We were worried about walking our lil dogs but we had no issues in a public field space behind the eateries across the street. We will be back. PS my daughter solved the cube puzzle !!

Nowhere newer in the area. Best location to everything in GOTL, as well as an easy drive to the wineries, beaches, Ashtabula Harbor, downtown Cleveland, Erie/Presque Isle.
