About the host

About the owner: David and I are a friendly, retired couple who live right next door to the rental unit in the other side of the duplex. Though we are near, we are not the kind of people who are "in your face." After you meet us, you'll realize we'd like to be your friends, and we have made many, many friends by renting the unit on a short-term basis. We also have had many people come back year after year, which we truly appreciate.

We understand you're on vacation and want to relax. The only time you'll see us is to maybe have a cocktail in the evening together! But, unless you need information or anything for the unit, we will not interfere with your vacation. We just ask you to be respectful and courteous, as anybody would.

DOGS ARE ALLOWED ON THE BEACH AT ALL TIMES OF THE DAY AND NIGHT; HOWEVER, THEY HAVE TO BE LEASHED. AND OF COURSE, WE HAVE TO PICK UP AFTER THEM, ON THE BEACH AND OFF THE BEACH.

BUT, ON DOWN ESTERO BLVD., TOWARD BONITA SPRINGS, PAST THE LOVERS KEY STATE PARK ENTRANCE, THERE IS A BEACH JUST FOR DOGS CALLED, YOU GUESSED IT, DOG BEACH! THERE, YOUR DOGS CAN RUN LEASH-FREE AND PLAY WITH OTHER DOGS, IN AND OUT OF THE WATER. SO BRING YOUR BEACH CHAIRS, BLANKETS, TOWELS, AN UMBRELLA, AND PLENTY OF FLUID FOR YOU AND YOUR BUDDY, AND YOU CAN HAVE A GREAT TIME AT DOG BEACH. YOUR 4-LEGGED PAL WILL LOVE YOU FOR IT!
