Our beautiful fully furnished home is a 3 bedroom 2 bath, 2 car garage located on the 18th tee box of Shadow Hills North golf course, Sun City Del Webb community. This is an active 55+ Del Webb Adult community located in the Coachella Valley with two clubhouses, two golf courses, tennis, pickle ball courts, bocci ball, 2 outdoor pools, indoor swimming pool, 2 gyms and many other state-of-the-art amenities. One bedroom is equipped for an office with super fast wifi, wireless printer, lots of desk space and a sofa bed for additional guests. Fully stocked kitchen and 48 bottle wine refrigerator.

The backyard southwest view is stunning! It overlooks the golf course and a peaceful lake full of wildlife and stunning views of the mountain ranges. The lot is located on the 18th tee box of the golf course. You will be walking distance to the club house and all of the many great indoor and outdoor amenities this community has to offer.

Sun City Shadow Hills Homeowners Association and The City of Indio requires a minimum 31 day lease agreement. At least one guest must be 55 and older, children have 60 day minimum stay. The tenant must register at the HOA upon arrival.

The most beautiful view we’ve ever seen

The most beautiful view we’ve ever seen. Gina and Dave made this our second home. Super clean neet and up-to-date. Got a chance to make some new friends at the local pool. And watch golfers from our backyard almost get a hole in ones.

Wonderful Home and Environment

I couldn’t ask for anything better in the stay that I had here. I could walk to the rec center and work out, swim in the outdoor pool, play golf, and walk my dog to the doggie park to play. As an active person, I loved staying here. I hiked quite a few times with the Del Webb hiking group, and enjoyed all the hiking in this area. My dogs stayed in the fenced area, and were very happy here. I felt very welcome in the home.

Really nice house on the golf course

A beautiful home, great amenities, and wonderful vistas. Visits to the palm springs tram, airplane museum, golfing available day and night, plentiful good restaurants and shopping, we loved it. The community is very friendly and helpful too.

We purchased this home to move into when we retire. We have been coming to the Coachella Valley for the past 5 years and fell in love with this particular community. We both love to golf, travel and spend time with our family.

Why they chose this property

We choose this property because of its location. We are walking distance to the club house and have a stunning view of the golf course and mountain ranges. The backyard faces West for maximum sun exposure in the winter months. In the evening you will enjoy the sound of the waterfall from the nearby golf course lake.
