Welcome to The Lookout hosted by Moab Utah Properties. This third floor condominium is located in downtown Moab. The Lookout is 3 bedroom, 3 bath, a fully equipped deluxe kitchen, private decks on both the east and west side of the building, and a Weber grill. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom, the second queen bedroom and ensuite bathroom and the third queen bedroom with a hallway bathroom.

Living / Dining Area: -Queen Sleeper Sofa -Full Size Dining Table -HD TV w/ Netflix -Sound Bar w/ Ipod inputs and bluetooth
Bedrooms: -Comfortable Beds -Wall Mounted HD TV -Bathrooms -Walk in Showers / Bath Tubs -Hair Dryers -Make up Mirrors -Upgraded linens and towels
Exterior Amenities: -Each condominium has one designated covered parking space and one additional designated space. -Our downtown location does not offer oversize or trailer parking. -Each condominium has its own storage room on the ground level for bikes and other gear. -All entry doors are equipped with electronic deadbolts for your convenience -The common area provides a bike wash station. -All condominiums have a private deck / patio with a gas grill -Best of all you are located just off Main Street in the heart of downtown Moab.
Guests have private access to the entire unit 5 condo as well as the locked bike storage for unit 5. The bike wash is shared with the other 4 units in the building. The unit has keyless entry. The code will be sent to you three days prior to arrival. The entry code is only valid from check-in time on the day of arrival until the check out time on the day of departure.
We are available by phone, text, or message for anything you may need before or during your stay.
57 Robber`s Roost offers five fully equipped, well-appointed condominiums, in the center of Moab. We are located just one half-block off Center and Main Streets.
57 Robber`s Roost offers the convenience of being within a minute’s walk to the center of town with the privacy and amenities that you have at home. Private covered parking, your own secure storage for adventure equipment and bicycle wash: all of which make it easy to start and end your adventure day. The fully equipped kitchens and spacious living areas will allow you to prepare a gourmet meal and relax in comfort. Your own private deck with gas grill will complement the interior amenities inside.
If you decide to dine out, need a bicycle repair, health food store, shopping, guidebooks for the area or a beverage they are all within a minute or two walk from your front door. The Roost is your home in Moab.
There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance, but guests will likely want to have their own transportation to go anywhere not located right downtown. Moab Area Transit is also an option.

This rental was both beautiful and convenient. It was very clean, nicely laid out and the view of the mountains from the balcony was spectacular. Being within walking distance of downtown Moab was certainly a big plus. There are a couple of really good restaurants within a short distance!
Our family spent 5 nights here. We really enjoyed the spacious condo and its location in Moab. So close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The condo was spotless, the kitchen was large, and the grill on the deck was great for many home cooked meals. I would definitely stay here again!
The property was very clean, comfortable and roomy. Very quiet but convenient to downtown. We would definitely stay here again. The amenities were great and the check-in was very smooth.
Convenient location to stay to explore Canyonlands and Arches National Parks. Walking distance to Moab with plenty of shops and restaurants. Property comfortably accommodated our party of 5 adults and unit was clean.

Wonderful penthouse (3 rd floor) right in the heart of Moab! Within walking distance of everything! The house was very CLEAN, and it had everything we needed for our stay! Kali was quick to respond to a question we had. Check-in and Check out was super quick and easy! We would absolutely stay here again!
The property was great. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood and could walk to everything downtown. Plenty of parking for three vehicles and plenty of space inside with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two large balconies on both sides so we could hang out for breakfast on the west side in the morning and stay cool in the evening on the east side. Very clean with all the amenities.
Had a great visit to Moab! This is a fantastic place to stay. Plenty of room, nice, clean, and modern. Had all the basic essentials we needed. Very comfortable for our party of 6. Would stay here again!
We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Super clean, comfortable beds, great outdoor decks with views of the downtown areas. The layout for 3 couples would be perfect! We will be back!
Its hard to beat the location of being right in the middle of the central block of downtown. Everyone in your party can walk to find food and shopping on their own time. Highly recommend Moab Coffee Roasters around the corner. As others have mentioned the house is well stocked. This top floor unit has large patios on the front and back which are nice and relaxing. The 2 park spots are easy to access. Our crew really enjoyed the Moab Food Truck park just around the block. Would definitely stay here again. Kali was great to work with on the mgt side.
This was a great location, and a great rental. Plenty of room, VERY clean, and great views of mountains and downtown. Everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking our dinners. Short walking distance to plenty of dining options and shopping. If our journey brings us back to Moab, we'll be back! Thanks!
This was our first trip to Moab and we wanted something in town so we can have a homebase for our growing family. 57 Robber's Roost was perfect on the top floor to get a nice view over other buildings and able to see the beautiful landscape. It was easy access in and out and around town. We would be more then happy to stay there again with 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space.
Private location and still steps away from downtown.
The property was well maintained. It had all of the amenities listed as well as a cooler and beach towels for our activities. Parking was great with a covered spot as well as other designated spots. The owner was super responsive when we asked question. We enjoyed the large patios outside the bedrooms and off of the kitchen / living room. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others 👍.
This place was as described but maybe better. The living space is comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is more than adequate for all cooking needs and has any utensils you might need. Plenty of silverware, cutting boards baking sheets etc. Drawers are all labeled so you can find things easy. They stocked laundry and dishwasher detergents, sugar, coffee, salt and pepper. That’s a rare find in my experience.
Tha patios we’re large in front and back and had a nice 3 burner Weber grill.
