This is the 3rd year we have stayed at this location in Warwick. It is a great house with plenty off space and yard. Definitely recommend. Carl is a wonderful host.
Enjoyed our visit in Warwick for a family event. The house was so nice and clean. The yard is fantastic. Great for having family over and enjoying a great night.
Carl is a great host and very easy to work with. His house is very comfortable and has all of the extras that you appreciate in a house rental - linens, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furnishings and a quick walk to downtown. We enjoyed our 3 day trip and would definitely return.

I’m so glad to hear everyone enjoyed themselves. Thank you again for trusting our listing enough to hold such a special occasion. I understand that
there is always a little pressure on the person who takes the lead in picking the best location for your group. This is why I try and offer good recommendations or think ahead like setting up the fire pit so you don’t have to. “ It’s the little things “ :)) Thank you again Carl
Clean, well stocked home with a good amount of room for a group to do things together or apart. Enjoyed having evening fires in the fire pit. The back yard could use a few spots of shade. The table under the wisteria will be when it grows in but I would suggest moving that first floor AC to a side window- both the heat and noise made the spot less pleasant. Carl, the host, was responsive and helpful
A quaint and beautiful home within easy walking distance to downtown Warwick. Carl was a wonderful host. From the initial contact through our checkout, he was always available with suggestions and answers to questions.
The house is beautifully decorated with every amenity you could need.
My friends and I had an incredible weekend.

Denise, great meeting you and the other ladies. I'm so happy you all enjoyed yourself.
I understand sometimes there is extra stress for the person taking the lead. I try as you could tell and make it a bit easier. Next trip - will have you out on the boat :)) enjoy your spring :))Carl
For years my friends and I have been staying at hotels and going to VBRO's. This year we decided to do a short trip to Warwick somewhere close to home yet far away enough to feel like you were getting away. We were so happy we did. The house was charming, very clean and the location was wonderful. We went for massages at Habitat Spa, walked the Village and went out to eat. The owner was easy to get in touch with and very nice. I plan on visiting again, we all had a wonderful stay.
we (4 adults, 4 kids ages 8, 6 and 5) stayed at carl's super charming, adorable house right near downtown warwick and mount peter resort during winter break. we had a great time using the firepit, and the kids LOVED the backyard that was covered with snow. (FYI: there's a great sledding hill at nearby stanley deming park.) the kitchen is missing a good set of pots/pans/lids and a cheese grater (i didn't realize how much i use a cheese grater until i didn't have one! ( :), so keep that in mind if you're planning on cooking a lot. carl was a wonderful, good-natured, responsive host. we'd love to come back.

On it! More pots and pans.. I have also added more kids games. Thank you again for the wonderful pictures.... :))Carl.
What a great experience. Carl was fantastic, pleasant and super helpful. The house was clean and charming with the perfect decor. There were helpful notes left around the home and activities and community events on the fridge. We went in the summer and were pleasantly surprised with the backyard firepit which sat on an adorable patio right next to the little trickling waterfall/pond. Very peaceful. Carl even had the fire set up for us when we got there. We came to this place because of its proximity to legoland. We were happy to find plenty of vegan options and restaurants nearby and when we were there, the town even had a street fair where we scored some fun items. What a nice time. We'll definitely come back!

Virginia, I’m truly happy that you and your guest had a great experience :)). It might sound silly but I love that house and hearing about how many fun memories it’s offering to family like your :)) Carl
We were in town for a family event. The house was perfect for my wife and I, our two children and their spouses. There are two good sized bathrooms, two bedrooms on the 2nd floor and a third bedroom on the 3rd floor. One of the bedrooms has a smallish bed that expands with a pull out trundle bed, so the house slept six comfortably and could have accommodated a couple more in the living room. The house is decorated nicely and has everything you would need for a pleasant stay. The temperature was around 90 degrees outside but the rouse remained comfortable. One of the bedrooms doesn't have a window air conditioner but air flow and fans were sufficient to keep the heat at bay.The location was great. The walk to the main intersection in town is about a half mile along the sidewalk, and it was easy to get to the grocery stores by auto. The back yard was a delightful surprise with a table and chairs, a fire pit, a pretty brick patio, water feature, two frequently visiting rabbits, and a wood chuck. We had a few visitors drop by and there was plenty of room for them to mingle. They all commented on how nice the house was. One minor ding: a utility trailer parked in the driveway limited space for parking, and on-street parking was limited - only an issue if you expect visitors.Carl the owner was great. Communication was great and he went out of his way to make sure our stay was pleasant.I would definitely consider renting the property if I found myself in Warwick again.

This is the second time my friends and I have stayed at this house. It is a lovely property with enough room for the five of us to have a great ladies weekend. Walkable to town, which makes it perfect. Carl is very responsive to all inquiries
Wonderful historic home walkable to downtown. Host provides every amenity imaginable. Very communicative and kind. Felt like family. Thank you Carl for a wonderful experience and much needed girls trip away.
the home was super clean. The location was very close to downtown Warwick. We enjoyed sitting outside in the private backyard patio. The owner Carl was very accomadating . We will be back!
Charming home in quiet neighborhood and walking distance to Warwick's downtown area. Clean and comfortable with plenty of accroutrements for those travelers who forget the essentials.
Excellent time at this cozy home . It was clean and had everything we needed . We felt so comfortable there . The host Carl was wonderful with communication. He was so kind and helpful to make our stay wonderful . We definitely plan on going back to this particular home .
This house is really wonderful for a weekend in the area. We stayed for a graduation. The rooms and bathrooms are all nice. Kitchen is very well stocked. The backyard is pretty big with a great patio and fire pit. You can walk to a very cute Main Street area with restaurants and shops. The upstairs room is large and private but the steps up are a bit steep. There is free WiFi. Everything as advertised, but nice little touches everywhere. The host was incredibly gracious and prepared the house for us to arrive a little early.
This house and host, Carl, we’re wonderful! It’s beautiful, clean, and stocked with everything you need. Carl left a sweet note along with the makings for crepes! Our only regret was not having the time to make them- we came stocked with too much food:) Definitely recommend this house and hope to be back soon!
My family (wife and I plus 3 year old and 7 month old) had a lovely weekend staying at Carl’s Warwick. Charming home in a nice street close to town. Carl had great recommendation for local hikes and restaurants. For families with young kids, don’t miss the amazing playground in Stanley Deming Park!!!
