You can explore the Dordogne by hot-air balloon or by boat on the river.
About 20 minutes away is the troglodytic village of La Roque-Saint-Christophe, perched on a cliff 80 metres high and 1 kilometre long. In the same area is La Maison Forte de Reignac, the last intact example of a cliff-top castle in France.
