Wonderful property in a quiet rural location. A car is a must, Lalinde (bars,restaurants, supermarket and fuel) is about a 10min drive. Host is lovely and very helpful. Main lounge is air conditioned as is the apartment upstairs which is wonderful. Two standing fans, avaliable which were needed at night in the bedrooms. Wonderful family property with everything you need. If you like eating duck, make sure to stroll along to the local auberge for a meal. Would love to revisit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the gite was everything that we expected and more. Fabienne was the perfect host, discreet but caring and communicating if the need arose. The pool was wonderful and enjoyed cooling off in the sublime hot weather. We had Francesca our Standard Poodle with us, she enjoyed the garden and the lovely cool tiles in the house, we appreciated having peace of mind that the garden was totally secure and she was safe. The area is beautiful and Lalinde is only a ten minute drive, it is a pretty town with lovely cafes, restaurants and Intermarche, as well as the market on a Thursday morning.[ We would definitely love to stay here again.

We were a family of 8 adults and a one year old staying at Fabienne's beautiful gîte.Check-in was easy as Fabienne met us and gave us a comprehensive tour of the house.The kitchen was a wonderful space with all the equipment you might ever need. We also used the BBQ!We had no issues with the WiFi at all.The pool was beautifully clean and we enjoyed having an underwater vacuum available to keep it that way. It was heated perfectly.There were plenty of toys to keep my grandson amused which was a real bonus. The beds were comfy although more pillows in the twin room would have been even better.The house was clean and spacious.We hired cars at the airport and we would recommend doing so as it allowed us to visit Lalinde for shopping and explore the beautiful countryside.

This was a lovely place to stay as couldn’t be more helpful and it was very well equipped really no downsides to it at all save possibly the steep stairs to the bedroom above the garage which are going to be fixed. Fantastic house with fantastic pool. The photos really don’t do the quality and size of the house justice. A great place to spend two weeks in the sun (mostly 😉). Fabienne was great and happy to help with anything house related and recommendations for restaurants or canoeing. Lalinde market is great on a Thursday and Bergerac is a lovely small city. Beautiful house and pool

This is a lovely comfortable house with good social spaces with combined kitchen and lounge. The pool is lovely tho we had a few technical issues but this was possibly down to the torrential rain. Any problems were dealt with really promptly by Fabienne. Lalinde is a lovely town with a square to have coffee with the locals and a good market on Thursday. Had no trouble sorting a vet appointment for my dog. All in all, beautiful countryside, lovely house very easy place to stay.

Quality property

Exceeded our expectations. This property is arranged for Families with children in mind. Separate playroom is rare but this had one with plenty of toys and games to keep the kids amused . Quality wooden furniture gives the place a real lift with a smart kitchen and comfortable seating in the lounge . The bedrooms are good to adequate with the weakness being the upper bedroom witch is not an easy access despite some alterations being done last year. Overall a good quality holiday home and we would definately return.
