Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place the trash cans by the curb for early Monday morning pickup.
Leave used beds unmade. Remove any toys from the pool. Set the thermostat to 76 deg upstairs and downstairs.
Close the storm shutters. Place the keys back in the lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
