Arcadia is the home to many top restaurants and bars and is a quick 10 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale and 20 mins from Downtown Phoenix. The condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The kitchen comes equipped with dishes, coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave. There is an community salt water pool and jacuzzi that is open all year round for guest use. The pool is not heated.
