A stylish condo in the heart of Arcadia. The perfect location! Arcadia is the home to many top restaurants and bars and is a quick 10 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale and 20 mins from Downtown Phoenix. The condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The kitchen comes equipped with dishes, coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave. There is an community salt water pool and jacuzzi that is open all year round for guest use. The pool is not heated. The property is in an excellent location to enjoy all that the Biltmore and Arcadia area have to offer. The condo was exactly as pictured, well stocked and very clean. There was a 9 inch round gross looking stain on the bedsheet when we pulled down the covers. Fortunately there were clean sheets in the closet so my wife changed the sheets. We did notify the owners when we saw this, but no response. If we hadn't found clean sheets we would not have slept in that bed. Mattress was so soft it felt like a 20 year old mattress. Door would not lock when we left. Notified owners that we left front door unlocked.
