This property is located in an urban, densely populated and up-and-coming neighborhood of Phoenix, Arizona. Outside of our relaxed cancellation policy, we will not provide refunds based on the location.
**Events are allowed at this property, but all details must be shared with the hosts prior to booking, as an event fee will be assessed. Event fees must be paid in advance of arrival. For events with multiple visitors (a number beyond the maximum allowed for sleeping over), a nonrefundable event fee will be charged. This fee ranges from $50-$100 depending on the event type and number of guests. All guests must adhere to citywide quiet hours of 10pm-7am.**

So glad we chose this property for our base camp while in Phoenix. Our son flew in a few hours ahead of us and Chris (co-host) was there to help him get into the house and situated. He gave great information for local stores in the area and just being on standby if we needed anything while we were there. The house had all the amenities needed for our stay and the outdoor patio was perfect for relaxing between excursions--we were never more than 15-25 minutes from where we wanted to explore. When our flights got changed last minute, Chris was super accommodating with a later check-out. Will definitely be back!

Loved the Vibe. Loved the Welcome. Loved how soundproof everything was inside. But most of all, loved how welcoming our host were of our 2 Hounds, 1 who can be extra & the other, our old girl, not too good with tile floors which Mom didn't think about! Chris came immediately with a couple extra area rugs. Luv that!!! Next time we'll come prepared as we have plenty, just for her! And yes, we'd come back. Hopefully for fun next time, not a business trip!!

Amazing place to stay! For the proximity to the roads, it was incredibly quiet inside. Host's communication was outstanding! The fenced yard and locking gate to driveway made for a very secure feeling. Inside the house was cozy, well stocked and had more than enough dishware to accommodate our small gathering. Would definitely recommend and absolutely stay here again if back in Phoenix!

The property was perfect for hosting my little get together with friends! It’s central to a lot of great places in downtown phoenix, and the outdoor seating area was nice! Great place for my friends and I to have a get together!

The check in process was as painless as I could have possibly hoped for and the host was always very quick to respond to any questions I had. It was nice to have a couple private parking spots and the empty lot next door made for a perfect little overflow lot for anyone else who showed up if they didn’t want to park on the street. All in all I have virtually nothing bad to say about the property or the host. If I did it would be EXTREMELY nitpicky and I would have to sit for a second and actually try to remember something that was less than stellar. So I have no hesitation saying that it was a great fit for us and exactly what we were looking for!

We live on the other side of our listing (as this is a multiplex), and we think this up-and-coming neighborhood is something special to share with guests. I'm a vet tech who enjoys home renovation. We consider ourself hands-on hosts with a hands-off mentality, meaning we're always around if you need us; but otherwise you won't see us!

What drew us to this property was its central location in the heart of Phoenix. Located within the sprawling Central City, this little oasis is close enough to the airport, Downtown, nightlife, stadiums, clubs and more, but also boasts its own privacy so you can escape with friends and family into your own relaxing staycation. Perfect for vacationing, visiting the city, staycationing, or working remotely while visiting the beautiful Phoenix, Arizona.
