Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We sincerely appreciate your business and we love hearing from our guests.
We look forward to seeing you again soon!
the property was beautiful and perfect for our stay. the only negative was that we called a few times the day of to ask about early check-in and were promised a call back each time and never received one.
We did enjoy our stay here for the most part. It was 85 degrees during the time we were there, and with no AC, that was rough (particularly the upstairs room). The space in the condo was adequate, but the deck was extremely narrow. One family member who used a cane had some issues. Beautiful hot tub. Mostly clean unit, but not entirely. There was a gross, old postage stamp stuck on the quilt in the master bedroom. The stove was not clean around the edges. Just would like to have a completely clean place to stay.

Not as advertised
The property is extremely close the road so you here the traffic noise all day and all night. If it were not for the river being as close, I would rate with zero stars. The property is showing signs of wear, needs maintenance. It was not clean, mold in the upstairs shower, dirty carpet, stains on comforter, kitchen floor was sticky. I have been to Estes many times and always stayed in town. Be careful who you rent from and how the listings are presented.
This condo was perfect for my sister, her son, his friend, my husband, myself, and our 1 Year old son. It was very homey and clean. And, you can’t beat the views. The condo sits right on the Fall River and has a hot tub tucked away in the corner so your neighbors can’t see you. It’s divine!
This property is in a perfect spot- just a few miles from downtown Estes and 2 miles from RMNP. The beds were comfy, we used the dining table nightly for card games, loved the Smart TVs, and don't forget the hot tub under the stars!
