We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this property. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, welcoming, and exactly as described — if not better. The home was thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, and the little touches throughout made it feel truly special.The location was perfect for relaxing, exploring, and enjoying the area. We especially appreciated how comfortable the beds were and how easy the check‑in process was. Communication with the host was outstanding — quick, friendly, and incredibly helpful.And I have to call this out: having access to the garage and a garage door opener was a surprisingly delightful perk. It made coming and going effortless and added an extra layer of convenience we didn’t even realize we’d appreciate so much.

This place was phenomenal. Although we picked a bad time to travel to TX, we couldn't have had better accommodations. The house was absolutely lovely. We very much appreciated having access to laundry and the garage. Would recommend!

Short trip to San Antonio

My family and I took a short trip to San Antonio and stayed at this property for the short stay. We really enjoyed our time here as it was very close to all the locations we wanted to see, most were about a 10 minute drive. This place was very clean and comfortable and the host was always available in case we had questions. Highly recommend!

Lovely property

We really enjoyed our stay here. Only positives to share: very clean, comfy beds, amazing towels, kitchen well stocked, and close to anything and everything. Very Nice Property

We had a great stay at this property. We were a little worried driving in because the neighborhood looked a little sketchy but we never felt unsafe. It was a very quiet, wonderful neighborhood. The owner was wonderful. We realized as soon as we got there that the ice maker wasn’t working. We texted the owner and within ten minutes we had two large bags of ice delivered to us. Wonderful customer service. The property was immaculate, very well furnished, and very convenient to the Alamo area. We would park in a lot near the Alamo and take the hop on hop off bus all around the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property and highly recommend it.

Beyond Amazing

Communication: exceeds. Denice is friendly, prompt, and wants to you and your group to enjoy the home and the city. Cleanliness: place is spotless. I mean spotless. Comfort: Very. Beds are great. Check in: simple Supplies: This home is so well stocked with a coffee bar, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, spices...I could go in and on. Neighborhood: looks dicey at first, we walked and no issues at all. Felt safe. Tacos and Pizza: excellent food at both places several hundred feet away. Tip: all bedrooms are up a flight of stairs- keep this is mind if someone has mobility issues. We fortunately do not. Wifi: perfect Our group of 6 travel often, we always rent homes. I'd say this home and with Denice as the owner is top notch.

Great property in a great location!

I can’t say enough about the great visit we had staying at Denice’s property! The location was within a few minutes walk to Riverwalk and we really enjoyed our daily jaunts. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed (and more). It was super convenient to have access to the garage, especially since it rained a few times. Denice was a fantastic and responsive host which is very much appreciated! We can’t wait to return!

Perfect Stay for a Quick San Antonio Trip

We really enjoyed our stay at Denice's property. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had plenty of space for our family of three. Location is great in Southtown and is a quick drive up to downtown and also to the Zoo area. Having a garage for the car was a very nice plus too. Denice was a super responsive host, and we could tell that a lot of care goes in to the home. This will definitely be our go to place in San Antonio!

Fantastic Find

This was our first VRBO experience and it did not disappoint. House was fabulous for our family and had all the things we could need for the stay. Denice was excellent at communication and all the instructions were very clear. Very close to all the attractions we wanted to see while in San Antonio. Neighborhood felt very safe and comfortable.
