Adams Guest Full House, King Williams Area, Southtown

This cozy extraordinary 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is perfectly located in the Historical King Williams Area. Lovely streets and a five minute walk to great restaurants, bars and the Riverwalk. Southtown area is the best location for anything happening downtown, convention center, Tower of the Americas, The Alamo.
Especially perfect for Uber/Lyft guests or you can just walk.
Both bedroom have a queen sized beds with crisp linens. There is a dinning table in the in the main house ,perfect for breakfast or to work on. The second room also has a table and its own mini fridge and microwave for those couples that don't like to share. 😀
Each have beautiful bathrooms which are clean and bright with a walking in showers.
There are 3 TVs, each bed room has their own and there is one in the living room.
A fabulous BBQ area is the with a fire pit. A great place to enjoy the lovely night air.

This property has a wonderful outdoor space to relax or eat. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed and there was plenty of good coffee available. Location was convenient and close to the riverwalk and close to freeway access. We met the host and she was so nice and fun and gave us great information about the neighborhood and about house remodel. The guest house was clean and comfortable.

The location was great!The internet connection was not good, which impacted the TV. Would love to suggest updating the coffee pots and provide a keurig.The place was clean and nice. Not enough kitchen towels/wash cloths.The fire pit area is awesome.

Thank you Angela for allowing us to host you. If you had let us know about the Internet problem while you were her, we would have been happy to assist you or come over to fix it or reset the modem. There were two dish towels and a scrubber in the kitchen for cleaning and drying dishes. However, if you needed more kitchens towels we would have been happy to provide those for you. We do not have a Keurig coffee machine because the pods are made of plastic and not environmentally friendly so we will continue with our environmentally friendly drip coffee maker. Lovely space on a gorgeous property that clearly a lot of love is put into. The Guest Cottage is perfect for a multiple days stay and the location is great. I came for a work trip and brought my family with me. Everyone was comfortable and pleased with experience.
