Updated Beautiful Cottage in Edgartown w/ Central AC & Ferry

A true island charmer. Light, airy and central-air-conditioned, well-designed home offers all the comforts of modern living centrally located in Edgartown. Recently completed extensive upgrades completed enhance all of the space, including a new kitchen, both bathrooms, and basement. Sleeping options include master bedroom, bedroom with one bunk bed, bedroom with one bunk bed and one twin, and downstairs bedroom with full bed. A spacious outdoor furnished deck with enclosed outdoor shower and a grassy lawn make for a great space to relax. Great location makes travel to any of the Island towns a breeze.

A warm, welcoming and light-filled open living and dining area, with easy access to the expansive mahogany back deck encompass the first level, with the addition of a bedroom with full bed, kitchen and spacious full bath. The second floor has three generous bedrooms; including master bedroom, bedroom with one bunk bed, and a bedroom with one bunk bed and one twin; and a full bath. Upgrades include a newly remodeled kitchen, first floor bathroom, and second floor bathroom, plus a newly finished basement with game area for entertainment. Large front and back yard with outdoor shower for a quick clean off after the beach!

Enjoy a walk or run in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood starting from a street with no through traffic. A 7-minute drive to Edgartown beach. Convenient access to the bike trail on Edgartown-Vineyard Haven Rd. and Mass Audubon's Felix Neck.

For the security of our Guests and Property, exterior security cameras are installed at each of the doors and the walkway to the property, facing the exterior. These cameras will be switched on during your stay. The security camera setup must not be tampered with during your stay.

Guests must bring their own linens, including fitted sheets, sheets, pillow cases, and towels including beach towels. If you’d like to use one of the on-island linen delivery services, please ask us during your reservation process. We do not allow pets. For the peak summer dates of July 16-August 30, we are only accepting Saturday-to-Saturday stays.

Wonderful stay- house was clean and in an excellent location! Beautiful huge yard and nice outdoor shower. Wish they could have provided towels and sheets for the guests as it’s tough to travel with on the ferry for just a weekend

we had a wonderful time; the house was great

we were extremely pleased with the house; very cleanand user friendly -- it had a lot of amenties that really made the stay enjoyable -- great deck with grill; lots of plates and cookware (we cooked in a fair amount). little things -- like nice blender for smoothies, lots of beach chairs -- were greatly apprciated All in all, could not have been more pleased

Clean House with Updates

The property is continently located close to all areas of the vineyard. We came with our two kids and had a great time. If you are considering staying close to Edgartown but plan on visiting other areas of the island I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Experience

Great house that is even nicer than the pictures. The owner is a fantastic communicator who answered all our questions quickly. Central air is really nice to have. Location is convenient to Edgartown, OB and VH. Would gladly rent again!

Wonderful Vacation Close to Town

Had a great 2 week vacation at this renovated cottage! There was plenty of room for our kids and guests. The ping pong table and TV in the basement were an added bonus for the kids. Loved the large back yard/deck and enjoyed grilling out. The outdoor shower was nice - it had a changing area. Had to bring towels/sheets as they weren’t provided. The homeowner was very responsive.

Wonderful MV Home

We had a great time here in Edgartown. Modern, bright home, full of amenities for our time in Martha's Vineyard. The backyard was beautiful and perfect to hang out and cook on the grill or play bocce. The updated home made for a lovely place to relax and enjoy a vacation in Martha's Vineyard. We enjoyed the shady walking/biking trail which easily lead us to a nature sanctuary & the shoreline. When driving the house was in a good location to other parts of the island. Thank you!

Great Vacation

Highlights of the house: 1. Great location 2. Upgrade to house is nice and good space 3. Great patio and backyard 4. The house is secured. No jewelry stolen this year. 5. Super firm mattress so bring your own topper if you need a softer mattress. Also, bring your own pillows, sheets, and towels.
