Spacious apartment of over 150 square metres. Large living area of over 75 square metres comprising a living room, dining room, and kitchen. Two adult bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a large children’s bedroom with a playroom opening onto the terrace. A fully equipped kitchen for food lovers—including the host (large gas stove, two ovens). South-facing terrace and large walled courtyard.
Guest access
Access to the apartment is via the north courtyard. The entire apartment, the terrace, and the private south courtyard are accessible. Vehicles may be parked along the side of the house but may not be driven into the courtyards.
Video surveillance system: cameras monitoring the entrance courtyard, the staircases leading to the apartments, and the private courtyard only.
