What a fantastic beach house and Heidi was maybe the best host I've had on VRBO. Make that the best! We've stayed at a lot of beach houses in Newport and there are a few things that stand out about it. The kitchen fully stocked, and we super appreciated it. We didn't really believe the description that there would be beach chairs, beach towels, and even bikes - but there was. Extra nice! And the house has air conditioning that works, a real treat.

E had an amazing time at this property! Check in was so easy, the property was exceptional! Location was accurate and there is no boardwalk so it is very peaceful and sunset’s stunning! We will be back!

We had such a wonderful stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was lovely, and it truly felt like a little slice of heaven. The location is amazing and the sunsets are breathtaking. We highly recommend staying here and would absolutely come back again!

This is an amazing home in the perfect location. It was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. Location was incredible right on the water and with several restaurants and other businesses in easy walking distance. Heidi was super helpful and very responsive to questions. We hope to stay here again!

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Right on the sand and the water is close enough that you don’t need a wagon to lug everything back and forth. The house came with enough beach chairs for my family and our guests, sand toys, boogie boards and bikes. I’m local to the area and I will definitely rent this house again. For people coming from far away or out of state, you literally only need to bring your clothes, anything else you need is there for you.

Very comfy, well stocked, clean and beautiful home. Being right on the beach was amazing, we watched beautiful sunsets, played in the sand, and made great memories. Heidi is a fantastic host, very thoughtful and welcoming.

A beautiful home inside and out. All beds were great, house was perfectly supplied w/all you could need. Great fun to be right on the sand w/lots to do. So peaceful at night, stunning sunsets. Great location right on the beach!!!

This was a great location for our family vacation. Shops and restaurants are close enough to walk to but far enough away you don’t get the additional noise or traffic. You simply cannot beat the beach access as it’s right outside your private patio. Easy highway access for city excursions. Our favorite part was the quiet morning walks along the surf!

This property was the perfect spot for a beach getaway. The owners were super friendly. They made our stay seem like we were their best friends yawing their home. 10/10 would recommend.
