We welcome you to our beachfront home located in the oyster-farming village of Port des Barques.
The house, rated 3*** as a furnished holiday rental, is located 100 metres from the sea and 800 metres from local shops (bakeries, tobacco shops, supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy, a bank, and oyster huts).
You can enjoy nearby activities: the beach is a 5-minute walk away, as well as Île Madame, Île d’Aix, the view of Fort Boyard, the Moëze Nature Reserve, and the small village of Brouage. The location is ideal for beautiful walks or bike rides.
You’re just 15 minutes from Rochefort and the thermal baths, where you can explore the Corderie Royale, the Hermione, and the Pierre Loti House…

This single-story house is fully equipped for your comfort and can accommodate up to 6 people. 3 bedrooms (3 140-cm beds), a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a garage for your bikes, and a reserved parking space.
Amenities: dishwasher, oven and microwave, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, traditional coffee maker, and Dolce Gusto espresso machine.
A sound system, Orange TV, and Wi-Fi (fibre) are available for your entertainment.
Children are welcome; you’ll find a high chair, a baby bathtub, a travel cot, toys, and books for the little ones.
In the enclosed garden, you’ll find a terrace shaded by an awning, complete with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a grill.
Towels, sheets, and comforters are provided for stays of one full week or longer.
The house is smoke-free, and pets are not allowed.
The rental is available for stays of 3 nights or more, and only on a weekly basis during the months of July, August, and September.
