We were there for a wedding and could not be happier with the property and location! We were steps away from the gondola and the Main St for shopping and food. We truly enjoyed our stay in Telluride! Photos from the private balcony
The location and property were perfect for our first trip to Telluride. Easy, close walk to town and Gondola! Property was beautiful, clean and many extra amenities. We would definitely stay at this place again.
Had a great time staying here. Luke is extremely responsive and the proximity to the oak street chair and gondola was amazing for our ski trip. Would definitely stay here again
Perfect Property for a Ski Weekend with Multiple Families
We hosted a few families in the property for my son’s 18th birthday and it was just perfect. Everyone had enough space and privacy and having two living room areas was so nice for the adults and teens to have different hangout areas. The finishes were all very nice, great views, and perfect location for skiing, gondola access and enjoying Telluride’s shop and restaurants with a quick walk.
Property was beautiful. The large dinning area and kitchen were great.Spectacular views and lots of room to spread out with 4 levels. Close to everything. Would like to mention that the kids pool at town park is wonderful and open to visitors.
Had a fantastic family time for the Bluegrass Festival. This is a great location for the gondola, shopping, restaurants, hiking. Our family enjoyed the great beds, enough room to spread out. Really enjoyed that the main level had no bedrooms on it. Luke was a great communicator. Towels and bathrooms great too. Hope to return for ski season.
Everyone in my family loved the house!
It is very spacious and the floor plan ver well thought. With every room fully equipped and lots of privacy.
Walking distance to pretty much all everything.
Luke was great as well, always making sure all out questions and needs were resolved.
Loved it.
This stylish and comfortable four-floor home has the best of Telluride at its door! The river trail, gondola station, and Main Street shops are only steps away, while indoors the kitchen is beautifully equipped and the bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed. Apple TV is available throughout the house, extra bunk rooms are perfect for kids, and Cosmopolitan’s outdoor dining terrace is just across the street. Best of all, in a town that understands the importance of dogs, this place is pet-friendly! Landlord Luke was instantly responsive to all queries and requests. We could not have been happier, and hope to stay here again in future.

Family vacation
Location is great. We were comfortable. I was disappointed in the overall quality. Lighting, finishes, etc were cheap/ poor quality. (Clip on night stand lamps, red plastic chairs at the dining table, fluorescent lighting in the kitchen) For the amount of money we paid for the rental, I expected more.

Hello Mary. We are sorry to hear that you felt the way you did about the finishes in the home. We have never had a guest mention anything regarding finishes before. The clip on lights in the bunk beds are so folks can adjust those when reading and not disturb others in the room with them. The red chairs are decorative but maybe not your color? The large kitchen light is an auxillary light to be used if and when the under cabinet lights are not enough. Glad you liked being 24 steps form the gondola and 46 steps from main street at least! I will pass along the feedback. Thanks again!
We had a group of 11 friends, ages 25-38, and this house was perfect! (If I could change anything it would be to add a hot tub, but we knew going in that there wasn't one). It's just out the door and around the corner to the gondola - honestly a quicker walk than most ski-in/ski-out houses I've stayed in. Also, it's just a few blocks into the heart of downtown where the restaurants, bars, and shops are located. We didn't have a vehicle and you didn't need one. The house was clean, bathrooms were very nice and clean, beds were comfortable, and the property manager, Luke, was very kind and helpful when we needed assistance. Would definitely rent this house again!
Loved our stay in Colorado. The home was perfect for a multigenerational family gathering, allowing family units their sleeping privacy on different floors with the kitchen/living room and outdoor meeting areas on a separate floor. The location is perfect for walking throughout Telluride and hopping on the gondola for trips to Mountain Village.
Clean, well-maintained and walkable to everything in town. Hosts even stocked the fridge with fizzy water + beer! There were basic spices and snacks as well. Kitchen is small but has everything you need.
