Excellent space and location

This is a clean, modern, condo building with large spaces and many amenities. The neighborhood is quiet, but just two blocks from the energy of 6th street and downtown. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the pool and balconies. Highly recommended!

We had a great time in Austin, biking and visiting for three days. The three bedrooms had plenty of room and the pool wast fantastic.

Nice place but time share and beware of 3rd bdrm

Nice place but the his is a timeshare and whole lobby is full of timeshare consultants ready to pounce. Also note that 3rd bedroom is ADA and bed only has 1” box spring which is made of squeaky foam so that when you get in/out or rollover, the bed squeaks and staff is aware but can’t do anything about it.

We are happy to hear you liked the resort. We have had many guests stay at the property and haven't received a similar complaint about the staff. Guests are typically asked if they would like to attend a timeshare presentation at the time of check in and a simple "no thank you" has always sufficed. No one owns a specific unit at Wyndham Austin and guests are assigned one upon arrival. We haven't received a similar complaint about a squeaky bed but thank you for bringing that to our attention.
