This is a very special rental. Lovely furnished 2 bedroom downstairs apartment in private home. Owners live upstairs. The unit is very secure with 2 steel security doors, as well as special break in protection film on all windows. The unit has a lovely patio with a gas bar-b-que. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.
The HOA in this gated community requires that cars be parked in the garage so the rental is good for only ONE car.
We are located in a very convenient area to freeways, shopping, restaurants etc. Smith's market is a quick 4 minute walk from the home.
