This property has potential but is not ready for guests. Kitchen cabinets not clean, master bedroom smelled, bathroom with tub had broken grab bar, sliding glass door to patio frame and wheels broken, screen torn, furniture on patio dirty and pool was filthy. The house had been flipped recently because extra toilets and items were along the sides of the house. Grill was dirty and TV was not programed visitor friendly. VRBO provided a credit and we moved out. The property has great potential but just not ready for inhabitants.

This was a pleasant experience as our first time renting on vrbo. Loved the space and privacy. Simple design, had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Also loved the convenience because we were able to book last min for the dates we needed, so that was a plus. The pool experience was more so for the kids to enjoy, which they did.

Need to fix door to pool area. It is coming apart. Also need more towels. I reserved 6 nights for 4 people and was left 6 towels and with no washer and dryer they need more towels.Rest of the house was amazing as well as the pool. Close enough to the strips to go but far enough to not have the noise from the strip. There were grocery stores and restaurants close to the house. I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Vegas.

The appliances had too much power. When we were cooking, showering, or using anything with electricity, we got 2nd degree burns. Even at the lowest setting!! There was no first aid kit and the outlet covers were falling out. The heat/cold adjusters in the bathrooms are reversed and we ended up burning ourselves. One shower head didn’t work in the bathrooms, they didn’t provide blankets for the pull out couch, there was hair at the master bead before settling in it, no cleaning supplies, no soap, the provided conditioner wasn’t refilled and empty upon arrival, there was spilled oil in the bathroom. The fridge was dirty, no cover on the pool so with the wind all the bird poop and leaves would get in the pool and collects, the net to clean the pool had a hole in it, and the fridge was dirty. We had to ask for the WiFi password because they didn’t place any information to connect to it, and the WiFi was very weak. They lock the thermostat which we had to ask for the key to adjust the temperature. There weren’t enough towels for the people in my party, and there wasn’t any fire wood for the fireplace. Overall there just wasn’t any thought or consideration for the guest's experience.

In de basis is dit een fantastisch huis. Het is ruim, heeft 3 slaapkamers, is van alle gemakken voorzien, de bedden zijn heerlijk, de buurt is goed en het zwembad is fantastisch. De hosts reageren snel en duidelijk. Het huis heeft alleen wel wat liefde nodig in de vorm van wat reparaties en wat opruimen rondom het huis. Voor ons prima voor een paar dagen, maar er zullen ook mensen zijn die er meer moeite mee hebben.
