Our unit features 2 bedroom, 2 bath(1 king, 1 queen,1 pull out sofa) Sleeps 6 or 4 adults & a couple of kids(1441 sq ft) The "perfect porch" is worth the price! Just completed a complete kitchen renovation with all new appliances(1/24)

First, the location of this condo is so wonderful. It is quiet, has good views, easy to get to and has great places to walk. The condo is clean and had everything we needed for a girls weekend. The hosts are incredibly thoughtful and communicative. We look forward to coming back in the future. We loved sitting on the patio watching people come get boats from the marina or dogs playing in the water across the way.

Sandra, our host, was extremely communicative, responsive and helpful. She had all the information we needed before check-in. The cottage was exceptionally clean and everything was nicely decorated and in order. It is lovely spot right right on the Lake complete with boardwalk walking path. There's a slight grade and steps down from the parking area to the cottage; it would be nice to have a railing with the steps. Thanks for a great stay!

This was my 2nd time to stay at this property and it was as wonderful as the first time. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to visit Reynolds on Lake Oconee. Everything met or exceeded expectations- the unit is comfortable and well stocked and the host is very accommodating (everything went great and it was nice that she checked in with me). I look forward to my next time!!

This was our second stay at Sandra's property and it doesn't disappoint. It's always very clean and one of the best stocked VRBO's I've ever stayed in. The location cannot be beat - sitting in the rockers watching the lake was my favorite thing to do. And having access to the great restaurants in Reynolds in a bonus.Book it!

40th Wedding Anniversary Special

My husband & I just love Lake Oconee & Reynolds Plantation, and decided to "treat" ourselves this year with a property makeover. We spend a great deal of time at our little getaway, so we hope you will enjoy every second you have here in our special place! I mean... it's RIGHT THERE on the water!

What makes this property unique

Truly the best part is the direct access to the lake. It's next to the Marina at Linger Longer, which is perfect for you for boat rentals and even boat launch. There's plenty to do withoout a boat... the boardwalk will lead you to beautiful spots to sit in a lawn chair and relax the day away. The Linger Longer pavilion has a small "beach" area, too. We enjoy that alot, while taking our lunch or dinner over to the tables.
