Cute property with plenty of amenities. House is located in a great spot on Lake Sinclair. We enjoyed the easy access to lake from the dock and loved that there were kayaks and paddle boards already on site. Highly recommended!

This property was spotless. Location is private, yet not far from the beaten path. The decks and hot tub were so enjoyable that we didn’t feel like leaving. Our dogs Maggie and Bawler wanted to stay another week. A great time, and Morgan was quick to respond any time we needed assistance!

Perfect lakeside home! I couldn’t have asked for a better host! Morgan was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had! You will not be disappointed if you book a stay at Lake Sinclair Retreat! Very CLEAN rental! The property has very nice upgrades on the inside, along with a fabulous deck (with a hot tub!) and dock! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and linens for everyone! We took our two pups and they had the best time! Plenty of room to run and the wooded lot next door made a perfect play to chase squirrels! I don’t have a single thing to complain about and would definitely stay again! Thanks for a fun time on Spring Break!

As first time VRBO clients, we could not have been more pleased with our experience. The house was recently renovated, clean, and met all of our needs.The well-equipped open kitchen allowed a free flow of guests to be preparing meals and still be a part of the family fun. Indoor and outdoor seating allowed our family to come together for meals and evening activities after fun days of boating, swimming, fishing, paddle boarding and hot tubbing. The owners were very responsive to all of our inquiries. We would highly recommend this vacation spot and we look forward to returning next summer!

The house was very clean and everything was just as the pictures showed. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. It's a very nice property. Only had one downside. You must take the trash off yourself. Normally this would not be a problem. Unfortunately for us, my elderly sister was not feeling well and we had to leave early before the facility for trash was open so we had to carry the trash back home for 3 1/2 hours. Not the worst thing but trash pickup would have been a plus.
