Wonderful stay!

This house was ideal for our two families to have private space as well as large communal gathering areas for kids and adults to play games and hang out. The house was also easy access to the beach as well as to Alys Beach. We even enjoyed a great night grilling out on the 3rd floor balcony. Such a fun week!

Excellent House in an Awesome Location

We loved this house for our family. We had a family of 8 and had plenty of space to spread out. We could ride bikes to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach which were so close. The only negative was the space on the beach-we ended up going to Deer State Park to hang out during the day because we did not want to be crowded. The pool was awesome and even the big kids loved it.

Annual Beach Trip

Property managers were fantastic. We had a group of 9 and there was plenty of room and bathrooms. Very clean, comfortable beds and the most awesome kitchen. We have been renting from VRBO for many years, started with my parents and tradition is now ours to continue with the family. Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful House

The house was absolutely beautiful and spacious! There was plenty of space for 10 girls to all sleep & get ready for my sister’s bachelorette. The location was also perfect! Close distance to the community pool and walking distance to the beach but the Tram was a great addition. Only down side is there was absolutely no spices in the kitchen - not even salt and pepper.

Wonderful experience. Loved the house and location could not have been better. One note, if staying with multiple families/young kids, you can hear everything on all levels so when one little person wakes up, everyone wakes up. Aside from that, the house exceeded expectations. We would stay here again..

This property was perfect in location to the beach and pool. The property was not clean and there was mold in the shower on the top floor. The ice maker did not work in both the freezer and the separate ice maker so if you stay here bring extra.

Exceeded expectations

Eleven of us (4 adults and 7 small children) just spent a week at this beautiful home. We were excited when we booked it based on pictures and reviews but I must say we were blown away when we arrived. The location couldn't have been more ideal. Right around the corner from the pool. Five minute walk to the gorgeous beach. We rented bikes and other than grabbing groceries really didn't need a car. The home was stunning. Clean, high end, great layout. Ron and Jill were wonderful to work with. We hope to go back.

Upscale fabulous beach home

This home has the most modern features and decor, the house is beautiful inside and out. The kitchen and baths are just stunning with the best of the best fixtures and appliances. Our favorite part has to the 3rd floor patio. Its fully equipped with an outdoor kitchen, dining area, TV, and tanning area. The majority of your time will be spent on this patio. The community pool is huge and awesome for the kids. The home is perfectly located for dining, food, and shopping. We all know how beautiful the Gulfs beaches are. Looking forward to the next trip down. Thanks for sharing your home Ron and Connie.

Great family beach house and location

The house was perfect for our group of nine - two families. My family of four took the downstairs two bedrooms, and they had the upstairs two levels. So bright and beachy. The balconies on both ends of the house on all levels are awesome. Everything was easy. The dishwasher was broken, but the management company reached out to let us know that was the case before we arrived and purchased disposable plates, cutlery, and cups for us. Location is awesome. One street over from the community pool, right by a trim stop for the beach, but only a 6 to 7 minute walk to the beach if you wanted to skip the tram. Walk to Starbucks in one direction and several restaurants, and walk to Alys Beach restaurants in the other direction. We would stay again for sure.

Great time!!

We had a wonderful week. The house had everything you would need including beach items. It was a very short walk to the beach each day but if you wanted there is a shuttle service. The shops down the street were cool to. My folks and son flew in from the west coast and getting over to the Panama City airport was convenient. Entry to the home was easy and pre-communicating was awesome. I always am a little hesitant when you make such a large purchase on how these things will play out.....well this was just a very easy process and helped make our trip that much more enjoyable not having to deal with issues. I would highly recommend.

Better than we imagined!

This was our first vacation in Seacrest Beach and we were blown away with the house and area. The house is even nicer than the pictures show. The furnishings and decorations were top of the line with beautiful bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen. We stayed with another family and the layout was perfect. The top deck with grill and TV was so nice and we ate all of our dinners up there. Having bikes and beach chairs/umbrellas to use were so convenient so you don't have to bring your own! The location of the house was great being right next to the pool! The little shops next to Seacrest were so lively in the evenings with live music and fire pit. We had so much fun walking to Rosemary and Alys Beach too - what adorable side-by-side communities. Ron, the owner, is in and around Seacrest all the time and stopped by when he saw us outside to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Great house, community, and beach made for the perfect vacation.

Great location, large house!

I loved the location of this house. It was our 3rd time renting in this neighborhood, and the walk to the beach was nice and short. Also easy walk to main shopping areas and restaurants. Living space in this house is on second floor, and couch is super comfortable! Nice and large. Kitchen is GREAT, very big and spacious. Nice long table for playing cards, etc. Rooms also were nice and comfortable, beds were also good. Had a few cleaning and repair issues, but the management company were receptive and the first day we were there sent someone out to deal with an AC issue and got that resolved fairly quickly. The washer/dryer works fine, but the washer spin cycle is super loud so just be sure you use that machine during the day so aren't disrupting sleep. The top deck is lovely! So nice to have a place to hang out with plenty of chairs. Bathrooms are all very nice, too. I noticed plenty of extra towels, pillows, etc. so we never ran out of anything. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!!

Great house bad bands

The house was perfect and very clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the "check in" process of getting the arm bands. I could not get them the night we got there and the band check-in place was not open the next morning until 9am. I was told to go down to the beach by 8:30am to rent chairs, so we would avoid the back row. That morning at 8:30, the security guard was very rude and even after I showed him email and text proof that I was a guest he would NOT let me on the beach until I had an arm band. I am all about rules, but that was ridiculous. I had to walk to the arm band spot wait then go back to the beach to reserve chairs. I also witnessed him letting others go through the beach access without even checking for arm bands. If I was a home owner, renting my place out, I would have a chat with that rude guard.

Best Beach House - ever!

When someone says, "everything you need will be here," you don't really believe them. You go ahead and plan on bringing tons and tons of essentials. But let me tell you - at Beach Baby Blue, it's so true. They have thought of everything! Tons of bikes, a beach umbrella and chairs, toys (even a big tug of legos!), every single thing you could possibly need in the kitchen - it's all here! Just bring your family and be ready to have a wonderful time. We met Ron the second day we were at the house and he couldn't be more accommodating and hospitable. There were some problems with the internet/cable and he had them fixed immediately. He was even helpful after we left and realized we left some of my son's things behind - Ron went to the house, found everything and mailed it to us right away! The house itself is beautiful. We had two families there for spring break. Everyone had plenty of room. The two masters are spacious and beautiful, and the kids were so excited to have their own fun space as well. The top floor deck and outdoor kitchen were so wonderful. We had most of our meals up there and really loved looking at the stars with the kids. Going to the beach, restaurants, donut shops and more is easily walkable, and the kids loved being able to ride their bikes everywhere. This was our first experience in Seacrest and 30A, and it was a wonderful one! I would recommend this house to anyone I know, and we plan to come back again. Thanks Ron, for taking such good care of all of us!

Loved Beach Baby Blue

Beach Baby Blue was a beautiful home fit right for our families. We arrived late in the evening (after dark) and she had left lights on for us and the A/C units already adjusted. We visited with another family, my family included a 7 year old and the other family had 2 - 18 year olds, a 16 year old and a 10 month old baby and the extras in the home that Ron & Connie thought of fit each one of those age groups. There was a Wii with games that we played, Netflix and IHeart Radio were nice additions, each room had access to those services on their own flat screen TV. The kitchen was huge, we are always on top of each other trying to cook breakfast and there was more than adequate space and counter space galore. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. There were many baby items that we did not have to bring because they had those in the home (baby gates, bumbo chair, high chair, sippy cups, etc.) We loved the beautiful deck on the third floor, it had a grill and lots of seating along with an additional flat screen TV - we sat out there a lot. The beach access and pool access were wonderful. The pool was a very short walk and the beach also, there was a sidewalk right to both. The teenagers love to ride bikes every year and we never have enough, Connie made sure that we had more than enough with an added bonus of having children's bikes that my daughter could ride, she even had helmets ready for us! We had a welcome basket full of goodies when we arrived, full of essentials for our stay (several things we were planning on purchasing and did not have to because of the basket goodies). One of the things that we are always concerned with visiting a new place in Seacrest is the rooming arrangements, they were PERFECT for our two families (with older children that need their own rooms). Two Masters with Kings are GREAT! An added bonus of a Baby Bed also made things a lot simpler with a 10 month old. The rooms were very roomy with lots of floor space! Overall we were very impressed. Ron & Connie were so easy to work with the entire process and their attention to every little detail was so obvious and appreciated. We have visited Seacrest for 13 Labor Day Vacations and by far this is our new favorite, and we will be returning to visit Beach Baby Blue again!

Great location

Great house for a large group, with great private access to the beach close by. The cleanliness of the house was disappointing, with several appliances not working including the ice machine and washing machine. Pool was under maintenance during our stay, which was also really disappointing.

Floors, countertops and toilets really dirty. Washer and dryer didn’t work. Called but never fixed or any further communication from owners. Forced to buy clothes to make it through the week. House was beautiful and location was great.
