Refurbished Brand New & Modern duplex, this is the main house , it is 2 bed &1 bath. the House located close to all principal highways. 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the beach, downtown, Wynwood and Brickell. Great location, next to Coral Gables, Coconut groove little Havana and Doral.
The house is located in a safe/ family community. The bathroom is inside of the master bedroom.

Quiet and pleasant stay

Safe neighborhood, close proximity to Doral. If I had to critique anything, it would be that the kitchen is understocked; I had to buy oven mits, all seasonings, foil, etc. Other than that, it was very clean, secure, and pleasant. I intend to stay again!

Not what I expected

Property is listed as a duplex. It is not a duplex, it is someone’s guest house in their backyard. Not allowed to check in an hour or so early check out late without paying a full day. Freezer was not cleaned. Thermostat changes temps randomly no matter what we set it at. Appliances and dishes were filthy, we had to but dishwasher detergent to clean ourselves. No paper towels or coffee like most host locations. Bed linens dirty had hair on them. We purchased our own to use. Washer and dryer is not in the unit but out back with insects crawling all over them. If you don’t plan on being in the room the majority of the time, it’s ok.

Dear guest, we think that this review is due to the fact that you are upset because it was impossible to have given you a late check out with an upcoming guest and less than 6 hours more. However, I take this opportunity to clarify, a back house should have a shared entrance and exit and the same land and where you were there does not have a shared entrance or exit, nor is it on the same land, nor does it share ANYTHING with anyone. The washer and dryer is unique and exclusive to the house and is in the back of the house. If you saw any insects outside, it could be because here in Florida there may be some insects in the external areas. The Nest thermostat is one of the most modern if you didn't know how to use it, you would have asked us and we would gladly explain it to you. We provide toilet paper and 2 spare parts but we do not cover the entire stay, we do not offer coffee and detergents as amenities. Everything in the house was perfectly clean, in fact, I asked you and you told me that everything was fine, now by surprise everything changes. I personally checked everything before your arrival. I don't know where and why you bought sheets because all of ours were worn and used .I'm sorry that not give you at your late check out led to this.
