Beautiful duplex apartment for 4 people in Tiuccia

Private property listing

In the village of Tiuccia (Casaglione), located 25 km from the city of Ajaccio.
We rent all year round, a 50 M2 duplex apartment equipped with reversible air conditioning. It is located on the 1st floor of a small one-storey residence in the middle of nature on the heights of the village.
The apartment is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
The living area includes a lounge area (sofa/TV/coffee table...) as well as a table for meals.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and utensils for cooking.
The bathroom is equipped with a whirlpool shower, a vanity unit, toilet as well as a washing machine and a hairdryer.
Upstairs:
A dressing room overlooking the 1st bedroom with a double bed in 160.La second bedroom with a 2 person bed in 140.
You will have a large terrace with its superb sea view, it is equipped with a barbecue and you can enjoy your meals there.
The apartment is equipped with internet (WI-FI and internet TV).
At your disposal, ironing board and steam iron, vacuum cleaner.
Bath and bed linen are provided.
On request we can provide you with a travel cot.
The apartment is located 2 minutes by car from the first beach and local shops (mini-market/restaurant/bakery/butcher's caterer).
Many activities are offered in the surrounding area: sea walks, water skiing, paragliding, quad biking, jet skiing, hiking.....
You can easily visit the creeks of Piana (45 minutes), the village of piana, the village of Cargèse, the lake of creno and many other wonders of our region.
The cleaning will have to be done by you or we can take care of it (a flat rate of 50€ will be required).
We can offer you overnight stays from September to June for a minimum of 3 Nights.
And on July/August a minimum of 7 nights regardless of your day of arrival.
On request, we can offer you suitable rates for long stays.
Non-smoking or tolerated apartment on the terrace.
Our pet friends are not allowed.

Juste parfait !

L'appartement est superbe, assez spacieux pour 4, bien arrangé et extrêmement bien équipé. La vue est incroyable. La petite résidence est très agréable, idéalement située dans un environnement préservé. Arnaud le propriétaire nous a a attendu malgré notre arrivée tardive, nous a chaleureusement accueilli et a pris le temps de nous donner de précieux conseils pour notre séjour dans la région. Tout était au delà de nos espérances ! Merci pour tout !

Belles vacances

L'appartement est mieux que sur les photos. La vue est spectaculaire. La propreté des lieux est 5 étoiles. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin. Et Arnaud a été une star à nous attendre jusqu'à 3 heures du matin. Merci!!! Et bravo pour la super maison!
