Our house is located in between Bellport Village and the Brookhaven Hamlet & we are proud to mention it was featured on HouseBeautiful.com!

Our house is a combination of modern and traditional, lots of windows, high ceilings and a unique layout.

Walk through the dreamy garden path and enter through a mudroom with lots of hooks and cubbies for your beach gear and flip flops. From the mudroom, you can walk out to the brick patio with pergola and string lights, dining table and fenced yard for kids or dogs. Or enter spacious modern kitchen with gas stove and a large window looking into the garden.

The Kitchen connects to the (updated) marble-top dining table for 6 and living room with extra long couch.

Enjoy morning coffee in the sunroom! Turn the corner and you have sliding doors hiding the stacking laundry units and linen/supply closet. Then you enter into the primary bedroom. Walk through the closet to enter your private bathroom with 60" vanity, soaking tub & top of the line Toto toilet with washlet.

Walk up the unusually wide and low stairwell with gallery wall to the upstairs bedrooms.

The bedroom to the right has a double bed and is our teenage son's room.

The bedroom to the left is a serene room with queen bed. This room has a newly added office nook with built in desk & printer.

Both these rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom, also with a Toto toilet & washlet.
