La Bastide Saint Martin**** is a village house and is located in the heart of a stone hamlet. There is therefore no exterior.

Each of the 3 independent gîtes**** of 100 m2 has its 3 double bedrooms upstairs (beds 160/180 or 80/90), 1 double bathroom (2 sinks and 2 independent Italian showers), 1 separate toilet, an open kitchen and a living room.
They all open onto a walkway overlooking a magnificent patio and a covered swimming pool heated all year round.

Optional: beds made on arrival: 30€/bed in 160/180 and 20€/bed in 80/90. To be paid on arrival.
The beds in each of the rooms can be installed in 1 double bed of 160/180 or in 2 single beds of 80/90, as desired.

- Very original, a PATIO hidden inside the walls and covered by a glass roof, houses a charming secure POOL-POOL of 6x4x1.50m and heated between 28 and 30° depending on the season.

- All around, there are two BEAUTIFUL INTERIOR ROOMS with stone vaults, opening onto the inner courtyard and the swimming pool.
They are fitted out to allow guests to relax around beautiful wrought iron and mosaic tables, but also to take their meals around the patio (heated in winter thanks to heated parasols).

- An annex kitchen -special dishwasher- next to the group dining room, with fridge, sink, LV, microwave, coffee maker and all table tableware for 18 people, to eat with family or friends around the patio.
- A 5th toilet on the ground floor.
- A laundry room on the ground floor with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, tancarvilles, irons and ironing boards.
